La habitación a pesar de ser pequeña cumple con lo prometido. La alberca lo mejor. Estacionamiento sin costo

Room service was okay but sometimes no towels or shampoo. Not always clean. Elevators small and slow. Keys did not work very well. Room small. No drawers or fridge. No place to hang clothes.

We pay for the room and when we arrive the hotel doesn’t have availability No rooms They charge the room.

At check in they did not see that the two rooms had heen prebooked and paid for. They wanted to charge me for the two rooms and it took awhile for them to find my reservation. I even showed them the receipt of payment on your website, but that did not convince them i had paid. The elevators were terrible. They needed the room key to activate and even that did not well. A few times i just rode up and down until i finally got to my floor. One of our rooms had not been cleaned at all.

El personal, desde el check inn muy mala atención, querían que volviera a pagar, resguardamos maletas y cuando las recogimos había una cucaracha, solo había dos toallas y pedi dos extras y nunca me las llevaron, no había escaleras y el elevador siempre iba lleno, solo nos dieron una llave, cuando íbamos a salir y empezámos a bajar las maletas estaban atrás de mi como si nos fuéramos a ir sin entregar la llave, cuando teníamos a los niños en la habitación, el desayuno muy básico pero estaba bien

This is a good stay for 1-2 night, but not for vacation. Very small room, no fridge, no coffee maker or even a kettle. Breakfast is served from 6:00 till 9:00. For sure at 8:30!there is a crowd of people. Nobody wants to have a breakfast at 6:00 am on vacation. So from 8:30 there is a collapse in the restaurant, no tables available, 2 times I was waiting for sandwiches for more than 15 minutes. Plates, bowls, glasses, cups are located under counters with food, so you can’t take them as people are selecting food. Omelet or eggs are not included into free breakfast. You have to buy it for 272 pesos. Nobody in the hotel speaks English. Nobody responds when you call reception. One elevator didn’t work for 4 days. I was trying to tell reception about that… but I don’t speak Spanish. Pluses: good location - close to the beach, cruise port, Walmart and Gallery mall. Cleaning service is good. I ordered twice food from the hotel’s restaurant. It’s really good and the price is reasonable. Sorry for so negative feedback, but I guess you need to delete by Marriott from the hotel’s name then guests’ expectations won’t be too high.
