Hotel 10/10, excelente la atención del personal del hotel, lo recomiendo. Lo único que pediría que cambien los aires acondicionados ya que son muy antiguos y ya no enfrían, sin embargo por la temporada que estuve no fue muy malo ya que no hacía tanto calor en la noche, sin embargo le pongo 5 estrellas

La atención, limpieza y comodidad son excepcionales. El personal es muy amable y atento. Lo único que les falta es atención al gym, los aparatos no funcionan y no hay mancuernas, estaría genial lo pudieran mejorar.

Beautiful garden and grounds, but a ways out. Very much a "bare bones" property; rooms have no fridge, and there is no hot water for showers. The cleaning staff would constantly turn off our AC (although we'd turned it up when we left) so the rooms were stifling when we'd return from our excursions. Front desk staff (outside of Danielu - who was lovely!) did not speak English, but were happy to help via google translator. Pool was nice and cool and the rooms were clean and sufficient. We did not eat at the restaurant, but the staff there overcharged me for a bottle of water (the front desk didn't have any for sale regardless of their signage) and then cheated me on the change~ So I guess that's a thing - the taco restaurant across from it was delicious and we found a bodega in town for future water purchasing needs.

Excellent! Hôtel au calme avec chambre spacieuse, frigo, cafetière, piscine, bar, restaurant….tout était parfait. On à beaucoup apprécié.

Pros: Very clean. Spacious gardens, tennis court, nice pool for young kids, rooms are large. A little out of town centre so a lot quieter, but still only 15 mins walk to Cenote Zaci. Lots of different birds singing in the gardens, it is pretty. Nice buffet breakfast. Relaxing place. One of the few hotels with a gym in Valladolid Taxi to/from bus station in town centre is 40 - 45 pesos Cons: Rooms need complete renovation, had no hot water in Room 102 (did not really matter too much, as the tepid shower was quite refreshing), smell from shower drain. Bed linen / pillows / mattress seem to be quite old. The gym only opens at 10am each morning In Valladolid, I think all the cheaper hotels are likely old and need renovation unless you want to pay premium hotel prices, so this is probably quite typical.

Hotel promedio, la atención del personal de recepción muy malo, pero creo que así es en general toda la gente en valladolid... La habitación bonita, la alberca helada, en fin, no hay mucho que decir, hotel promedio, creo que por el precio hay mucho mejores opciones.

Property staff polite and helpful. Location is quiet.
