Was not able to enjoy the pool as we could not check in till 530 due to room not ready

Staff was rude and food was disgusting

Everything. Old smelly rooms. No updates I'm sure since the place was built. The restaurant food was terrible.

I checked in and then was advised my Television was not working and the rooms did not have any wifi. I did not even receive an apology.

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms are a bit dated but the price was good. We were only there for 23 hours as we had to be at the airport at 3;00 AM.

Room was in good condition. Could have used a refrigerator in the room. Should have wifi through out the resort, not just in the lobby and spotty in the bar.

Notre chambre était très mal isolée et sans réfrigérateur. Par contre emplacement de choix avec vue sur la marina et plusieurs restaurants à proximité.

Inexpensive,clean , nice location. We were in the middle of all the marina restaurants. Better than expected

Clean hotel, front desk Rubí was very helpful and courteous, Ruby the girl selling coffee in a cart next to the restaurant was a sunshine and a great employee, offering coffee and pastries in the morning.. this hotel feels like home to me. Mind you the pool could be warmed up.

Cleanliness: 0/10 The room was extremely unclean. The blankets had visible yellow stains, the floors were dirty, and small bugs were crawling on the walls. Food: 2/10 The food quality was very poor. The meals resembled institutional food in both taste and appearance. Pasta served at lunch was re-served at dinner, spoiled, and had a strong odor. The only exception was breakfast, which was surprisingly decent. Amenities: 1/10 The room was extremely bare-bones. While the air conditioning functioned, there was no mini fridge, no coffee maker, and no sense of comfort or convenience. Room Security: 1/10 Room security was a serious concern. There was a large gap in the door frame that appeared wide enough for someone to easily force entry using a plastic card, which did not provide peace of mind during our stay. Cost: 1/10 At $290 USD per night for a family of four under an “all-inclusive” package, the value was extremely disappointing. Alcohol was served in very small glasses, making the “all-you-can-drink” claim misleading—unless you enjoy two sips at a time, infrequently served. Final Thoughts This review is not intended to be harsh, but rather an honest account to help future guests manage their expectations. Ours were already set low, yet Flamingo Vallarta still failed to deliver.

Staff were excellent and room was fabulous but the food was not good and there was no air conditioning at the gym and the entertainment was poor

This hotel is rated as 4 stars but it’s a 2.5 at best. Threadbare towels, water in sink sputters and shoots out soaking you each time, shower head and water supply are also poor and the shower curtain is too short and flimsy so the floor and bath mat get soaked. There’s only one bar and the pool is small. The proximity to the marina area is nice. We wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was very nice. I would give 5 stars but the pool seating is poorly managaed and people leave there towels down to try and save all the seats. A man started calling me names because i sat in a seat and an hour later he told me it was his seat. There needs to be staff that manages the seating or a large sign thats says "no reserving seats"

The shower wasn’t working just drizzling water at the Sponge path

El lugar es chiquitito, el baño huele mal y la comida es cero variada, lo que dan de cena lo dan de desayuno, no hay Wifi en los cuartos, solo en áreas comunes y es terrible, pero lo peor es que la playa está lejísimos y te dicen que hay transporte, pero solo sale a las 10 y a las 12:30 de lunes a sábado, los domingos no hay transporte. El regreso es a las 3 y a las 5, el camión que debía recogerme a las 5 JAMÁS LLEGÓ! Llamé al hotel 3 veces y me dijeron que iba ame camino y nunca llegó, debí pagar $100 a un taxi y al llegar y reclamar, me dijeron que me buscaron pero no estuve a las 5, cuando los estuve esperando desde las 4:50 como y donde quedamos. Te dejan en la puerta de atrás de las playas de otros hoteles donde acumulan la basura y lo peor es que NO TIENEN NI CAMASTROS! Debes pagar una silla y una sombrilla en la playa. NO VAYAN JAMÁS!!

Yes, clean room and staff was nice

Hotel is older, elevator was broken during our stay and our room was in need of a refresh, staff were helpful, fine for a night. Very good location, walkable for marina areas.
