Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita

The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back.

We stayed for four nights and appreciated the resort’s spacious grounds and variety of activities, which made the stay engaging. That said, certain aspects could be improved to meet the standards guests might expect from a luxury property. The facilities, while functional, show signs of age. In-room drinking water came from large dispensers rather than branded bottles, and replenishment could be timelier. The breakfast buffet offered a limited selection, and fruit service, though attentive, was sometimes slow, with occasional quality inconsistencies. Staff interactions varied — some were warm and proactive, while others appeared understandably tired. Overall, the experience felt more restrained than the generous, high-touch service often associated with high-end resorts. With a few updates and operational adjustments, the property could better reflect its luxury positioning.

Four Seasons Punta Mita: A Mixed Experience Our recent stay at Four Seasons Punta Mita left us with mixed feelings. While the resort's beauty and the exceptional staff were highlights, we encountered a few issues that detracted from our overall enjoyment. The pool area, despite its stunning appearance, presented some challenges. We noticed algae at the bottom of the main swimming pool**, which made the surface slippery and a bit concerning. Additionally, a pronounced sewage smell was noticeable even when we were in the main pool, which was quite bothersome. We also felt the pool area was understaffed, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. On a very positive note, the staff was truly amazing. Jonathan by the pool and our concierge Patricia deserve special recognition for their outstanding service and attentiveness. Their dedication significantly enhanced our experience.

El servicio y atención de los clientes es excepcional , las instalaciones … la tina nunca la pudimos usar , salía agua color café y la cuna que llevaron para mi hijo despintada y desgastada.
