Excelente opción para tener acceso al Aqua nick

Had everything we needed for a family vacation with a 2 and 4 year old! They made everything so easy! I wish there were more dining options as the buffet was closed 1 day. And the beachfront hotel closed another day. Everutjing else required reservations and was full!

EL ROOM SERVICE ERA MALISIMO.

La verdad la atención fue terrible desde la llegada mis maletas me las entregaron hasta las 8 de la noche después del check in en los restaurantes la atención del servicio terrible y para llevarte a nick es mejor moverse por sus medios la camioneta que te lleva es pequeña y tienes solo 2 horarios para moverte en la mañana y en la tarde 5 pm la verdad mal sabor de boca con el servicio no regresaría

Un mejor mantenimiento a las habitaciones no les vendría mal, la tina de hidromasaje se quedó encendida sin poder apagarla

I really liked the more inclusive package and the Butler’s were amazing

Not for families. Limited dining options. No snack options, no evening entertainment at the family side.

Aunque al ingresar un gringo prepotente se puso a gritar y espanto a mi hijo, despues, todo bien.

El mar no es bonito La comida estaba rica pero no es comida auténtica mexicana . Los trabajadores no saben donde queda algo cuando se les pregunta . Yo perdí mi transporte porque me mandaron el lugar equivocado y me regalaron un desayuno gratis en Nickelodeon y cuando llegué era para una charla sobre cómo hacer e miembro del hotel y comprar su membresia .

The room was amazing with a wonderful view. The staff was extremely nice, personable and cared about our experience. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband and father had a wonderful birthday and stay. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

property was very clean and room was spacious. But having limited access to beach area ( we could not walk much on the beach area with kids since adult side of hotel would not allow kids to walk pass them) There is Casita (adult only hotel) side where beach is cut off with cement, and there are seating areas and hammocks on the beach my kids were not allowed to be on. there was no one at the beach except security personel watching us not to seat on those seats. With extreme windy weather and seaweeds everywhere making ribbon like line in the ocean and sand, we only got to swim in one pool. Going to Nick water park was hassel and we come to Mexico for ocean, not water park anyways. If we would want to go water park, we have alot more bigger one in the state or Bahama. If you have little babies or kids under 5years old who does not need much of adventure, this is the hotel for you. Very well maintained and Clean for sure. Shower water pressure is amazing. However, if you have little bit older kids, probably not a best choice.

Me encanto el lugar, el personal estuvo muy atento a lo que no hacía falta y la verdad todos los meceros eran amables y simpre nos sugerían algo, la verdad lo recomiendo ademas pudimos entrar al aqukua nik que por llevar niños la verdad era lo que querían ver

It was very clean, everyone was very friendly. The food was great, lots of options for everyone. The only negative was the door handle on our room door was loose, so we had to slam the door for it to latch.

Loved out stay at Generations Resort. My only issue during the stay was not having at least 2 time options to retune from the water park back to h to the resort as it makes it very hard for your children to be at the park for so many hours and it was such an issue for us to return in the taxi we had to order and pay $30 for. I do have to say the staff is amazing, very friendly, helpful and informative I did communicate this to the concierge office and they offered to help with transportation if I needed earlier for the next day I was going back. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely be back

We traveled with our 2 and 4 year old and worrying they might be a little too young for travel. 3 months later and the kids still talk about how they want to go back and we continue to tell others how great they were with the kids. The property was very well maintained, the food was great, rooms were fantastic, and the staff... Darn were the staff ever incredible! We'll certainly be back. We're becoming big fans of Lomas properties

Llegamos a la propiedad 12 del día hora en la que supuestamente podíamos ir a Nickelodeon que fue porque nos quedamos en ese hotel, en recepción me dijeron que sí pero que tenían que darme un pase en lomas travel ( of ahí mismo en el hotel) llegue a lomas travel y me dice a ver permítame si puedo darle el pase de regreso que es a las 5 pero necesita buscar transportación de ida pregunté en recepción si ellos le consiguen, voy a lomas y me dicen sabe que no ya no puede entrar porque la entrada al parque es hasta la 1 ya será mañana. Ese día perdido al otro día después de mil excusas y ya nosotros muy muy molestos pedimos hablar con el gerente que nunca llegó, por fin nos llevaron al parque ahí en el parque preguntamos cuál era el horario y porque no nos permitieron accesar el día anterior a lo que nos respondieron que estábamos dentro del horario (10 am a 5 pm) que desconocían porque no nos lo permitieron ya que generación es independiente a ellos. Los bellboy súper groseros, con muy malos modos, hasta el chico que nos atendió en recepción se apenó y el mismo tomó un carrito de golf y nos llevó. Así que muy muy mala experiencia en generation es la última vez que nos hospedamos en ese hotel.
