グレードの高い部屋を予約したが、とても下水臭く不快だった。フロントにコールするとすぐに修理担当を向かわせると言われたが、なかなか来ず、３回も電話することに。1時間後にようやく修理担当が来たが、有効な対策はしてもらえず、臭い部屋に一晩中滞在することになり眠れなかった。もう二度と使用することはないと思う。

Awful check-in and can't eat at most of restaurants. Extra fees for room cleaning. The all inclusive on Expedia doesn't include room service or their premium all inclusive.

The vegetation/flowers/hedges were beautiful and professionally maintained. The buildings of the resort were walkable but we greatly appreciated the golf cart service which was quick and frequent. The maps and directions were well laid out. The staff was incredible, the ala carte dining was top notch! From check in to check out, we had amazing service.

Staff very friendly and helpful! Clean rooms well appointed. There is no beach to walk but you can watch the whales go by. We did the all inclusive and worth it as prices are high at the restaurants.

The resort is beautiful and staff is great!

One of our room had a ceiling leak in the middle of the night. The room we were moved to was a glorified broom closet. We moved into a better room the next day after no sleep. After 3 rooms in 2 nights they wouldn’t discount anything for us. They recommend Expedia reimburse us for our stay rather than help out. Property was great, food was excellent. Paperwork process was the most inconvenient process I’ve ever had at a all inclusive.

Clean and nice

couldn’t check into our room in 4:00pm. timeshare sales people are very aggressive. Stingy with bottled water, restock took more effort than it should have. furniture was nice, but bedding was not, old and used up, needs to be replaced with new and fresh. dress code at Mestizo is gender bias, open toes not allowed on men. most of staff is awesome! Bilingual conversations on the house phones seemed to be an issue though. Can’t really explain that one. Food was fine, average. Some select plates were exceptional! Birds were a problem if you left your patio table unattended, mainly at breakfast buffet if you made trips back and forth without cleaning your plate, lol. The property is absolutely gorgeous! Concrete cart paths and sidewalks, beautiful gardens and flower beds! fine art was even displayed throughout during our stay, as there was an art walk in progress, very nice!! the site is built on a hill, so it is sometimes a hike if you like to walk everywhere. Cart drivers were usually close to give you a ride if you aren’t feeling the hike. I saw two wedding venue spots that were also quite stunning, a high cliff flat, and the chapel on the hill, incredible vistas! All and all not a bad spot, would probably return.

staff here was incredible but the hotel refuses to give us our security deposit back and have hung up the past 6 times i tried calling… will be filing a charge back unless we hear back today

Beautiful resort. Expect to be upselled on the property to join the VIP membership and the activities packages. Food on the resort was good but pricey. They do not allow Ubers or Lyfts on the property. Expect to pay for taxis and shuttle services

All Inclusive was not clear

Started off ok! I’ll say that the majority of the staff are lovely. I fell asleep with my door open and closed it around 10pm. I woke up to a SOAKING wet room. My ceiling was leaking, the floor had a layer of water like a little flood. My luggage and clothing were drenched. Called the front desk and got the usual run around. This was a leak. This isn’t normal “condensation”. Management did absolutely ZERO. Not even refund the upgrade that I paid for the room. I made a review on FB and one of the staff said I threatened them (I assure you I was pleasant and reasonable). The management could care less.

Went w my family & friends for my birthday. Booked the villa w private pool and jacuzzi all inclusive and WOW! Property and our room was gorgeous. Breakfast spot @ Maria’s is delicious with great service anywhere you go. Book the dinner reservations AHEAD of time or email them especially those in the city or else they’ll try to tell you there are no more reservations. PS they will try to sell you on time shares checking in and keep checking back in w you about it

Excellence, best service and amazing staff

This property was amazing and the service was top notch. We had such a great time here.

The service and views were immaculate Trinidad even remembered my name the next day. My room was relatively clean minus the walls having scuff marks. This was my third resort on this trip and my favorite.

First time staying at Hacienda Encantada and we had a great experience, we will definitely be going back!

The property has a lot of activities for adults and kids. The kid pool is amazing, I will add adult chairs and lounges in the kids area because moms would love you have their kids runing while they rest. Property is super well staffed, the food is ok and the location is amazing.
