Hippodrome Hotel Condesa

The AC was good and the staff was very helpful. The room was serviced daily. There was no fan in the bathroom and the grouting needs to be replaced. It looks grungy. The carpets are in need of a deep clean. There’s no little fridge in the room which is most inconvenient.The lamp shades are rather dirty. There is no dining area. No great shops nearby but adequate restaurants if you like pastries and pizza. Overall we wouldn’t stay again. The nearby Mexico is beautiful.

The room had a mold issue with the closet having a very strong smell and the bathroom have spots on the ceiling and poor patching from previous repair attempts. The Wifi also went down for half of my stay so that was not ideal.

Me encanto el Hotel, sobre todo el penthouse con Terraza. WOOW!!! Hay Restaurantes muy cerca para desayunar, comer y cenar. Excelente servicio. MUY AGRADABLE TODO.

Beautiful small hotel right off Parque Mexico in Condesa. Had to book it last minute after a disaster at a rental apartment, and was thrilled in every way - the location, the property, the front desk staff, the room. Saved my birthday weekend.

Estaba descompuesto la palanca del WC lo que provocaba que se tirara el agua y a la hora de bañarse se salía toda el agua haciéndose charco afuera Lo reportamos pero el señor que nos dio el check out fue grosero y sin ningún interés de nuestra estancia

La propiedad no es buena, a pesar de tener un buen servicio y atención al cliente, los puntos débiles son muy grandes, el sonido del lobby y otras habitaciones no deja dormir, las cortinas son viejas y no logran hacer black out total en la habitación, el aire acondicionado da directo a la cama lo cual hace imposible dormir sin congelarte o con demasiado calor. La ubicación es inigualable pero la propiedad deja mucho que desear.

Carisimo por lo que es. Los cuartos son super chicos, el ascensor no funciona la mitad de las veces, no había recepción ni baño en la recepción. En general muy poco acogedor. Si costase la mitad de lo que cuesta seguiría siendo caro..

What a lovely boutique hotel. The neighborhood is picturesque and as a female traveler I felt extremely safe walking in this area. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Very conveniently located for the activities I wanted to do. The bed is very comfortable - I also took the executive suite with a terrace which was quite cute. Keep in mind the 2 terrace rooms share a balcony with plants providing privacy. Amenities are included but coffee is only available at no charge on the first day. They can supply but you have to request and it is an additional charge. No tea available in the room. Wi-Fi is pretty decent (I had to take a couple zoom calls and they did not drop) All in all an exceptional first time stay in Mexico. My compliments to the general manager, Antoine, and his staff

Fantastic Location 10stars. Rooms up top are very nice with a great terrace. Small hotel, no amenities like (gym, spa, etc.). Small restaurant next door (cafe). Our room was decent size, air conditioner went down 1 night, it was promptly fixed, and gave us a free breakfast for the trouble.

Very sweet boutique hotel. It is a conversion from an old building and has a vintage elevator. Great service all around.

Condesa is a wonderful neighborhood to base a stay in Mexico City. Beautiful, safe, friendly people, great dining, and eminently livable. Hotel rooms are compact but very comfortable and the staff was so helpful that staying there was a pleasure.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in a fantastic location, right across the street from the pretty Parque Mexico in Condesa. We stayed in the executive suite on the top floor with a spacious terrace. The room was very stylish and comfortable. Free wi-fi but it was a little spotty. Note there is no fridge in the room.
