The hotel is in a great location; staff were wondful. Only complaint is the pillows were like huge stuff cushions.

Hotel Ayook was amazing! From the delicious freshly, made-to-order breakfast, to the great location and such awesome staff! The property is beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed our stay so much and cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality and help! We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting the beautiful state of Oaxaca!

Beautiful hotel, just a little far from tourist areas, you have to walk ~20 min to get to the main neighborhoods, or take taxi.

El hotel es precioso, la cama es muy cómoda, el desayuno es buenísimo y los empleados muy amables.

Unique and quiet property with handcrafted furniture and decor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. We really appreciated that they provided filtered water that you could refill in a glass carafe, rather than providing plastic bottles. Artistic space that is eco-friendly.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Room turned out to lack outside window though, seems this is quite common here in Mexico unless you pay big money. Disappointed, main reason for not giving 5 stars. Hotel has a nice cafeteria and rooftop relaxing area. So general amenities are nice.

My friend and I had a wonderful time taking over the quadruple room with the private outdoor hammock. Breakfast was delicious and the servers are great and took care of us. Front desk were all a delight and so helpful especially the woman during the day. We walked all o er town from the hotel and never had any problems. Very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Would stay again!

The staff was great and the room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast that was included was delicious and filling. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and thoughtful hotel. Personal service and attention to details really push Ayook to five stars. I've stayed twice and loved it, but you should know that rooms are small and you hear absolutely everything from the hallway.

El desayuno delicioso, personal muy atento, recámaras hermosas, y limpieza todos los días. De ubicación un poquito retirado del centro pero igual queda caminando. Está hermoso lo recomiendo mucho!
