Yes, it was beautiful experience like always

AC was perfect. Has heat and cold, balcony view was absolutely amazing! Parking is charged separately, and located close to the hotel (I would consider it upstairs); the hotel itself is where the trolley that takes you up and down is. The only kind of downside was the trick to the hot water. You need to open the water faucet and leave it in the middle position for 5 minutes otherwise the water will remain ice cold and there's no in between, it switches from ice cold to boiling hot. But. It's manageable so long as you're not showering over 20 minutes.

Ubicación

Room was dusty when I walked in. I had to wipe down the counters and the balcony table. The room that I was in, there wasn’t really any hot water. I would have to wait awhile for it to get hot. The cleaning lady although did a great job tidying up the bed and room. Walls were too thin. I can hear the people next to us and down the hall. At one point I couldn’t even sleep bc next door was too loud. Went to tell the front desk person, but not sure if they even did anything about it bc I still hear the loudness. I had to put on my ear piece just to fall asleep. But it is a beautiful view and love the quick access to the funicular bc we got passes from the hotel. I do wish that the funicular closes at midnight, bc I like to stay up late in the city and when it’s pass 9pm I would have to walk up the stairs just to get to the hotel. That’s very tiring. It makes me cut time short bc I don’t want to climb the stairs every night.

La habitación estaba muy bonita y cómoda la vista increíble lo único malo fue que para el desayuno tienes que reservar un día antes, quise reservar en la mañana y dicen que la comida es contada por las reservaciones, de ahí en más es increíble el hotel las vistas y todo

El personal es amable, el acceso rápido, deberían de dar el estacionamiento dentro de la estancia no como pago extra, fuera de eso, la estancia todo correcto.

Generally the stay was OK. A little further away from the main tourist area than expected. Initially you have to take the funicular up to check in. If you are in town after 9:30 p.m. then you need to either walk up the steep hill or catch a taxi to the entrance. If you need to go down into town before 9:30 a.m, when the funiculus starts, then once again you need to walk down the hill. Just be aware of this before booking.

Superlativo location do not expect great Food Service but it is located very near downtown thanks to a funicular very handy that works from 9am to 10pm

Excelente lugar y amabilidad de las personas del hotel pero no cuentan con estacionamiento y con el que tienen convenio las personas no son amables ni serviciales

Make sure you get a room with a balcony, the view is priceless and the sunrise is unbelievable.

Me gusto el servicio del personal, muy atentos, la habitación muy limpia, la comida del restaurante esta buena, y otra ventaja que me gusto es que por ser clientes del hotel tenemos pase directo al Funicular sin hacer fila y gratuita,

Todo excelente, solo esta muy dificil el acceso desde el estacionamiento y no hay indicaciones como llegar a la recepcion.
