Si estás buscando una opción económica para ir a la playa esta es perfecta, el hotel es un hotel precioso! Sus instalaciones están muy cuidadas y su personal es un 10 total. El desayuno incluido vale totalmente la pena, las habitaciones están limpias, cómodas, colchones y almohadas en perfectas condiciones limpios y cómodos. La regadera es una maravilla el agua sale calientita! Me llevo unas vacaciones relajantes e increíbles! Cuando reservé vi muchos comentarios contradictorios pero desde mi opinión nada de esos comentarios reflejan lo que yo viví en el Hotel Irma, su personal fue súper amable, las habitaciones estaban súper cómodas, frescas y limpias! La comida deliciosa y jamás tuvimos incidentes de cobros. Vayan al hotel de verdad es una joya en Zihuatanejo, alberca limpia, hotel hermoso y con una vista aún más maravillosa. Gracias amigos de Hotel Irma nos sentimos como en casa.

Es un hotel antiguo sin elevador, hay muchas escaleras pero el hotel estaba limpio, muy agradable,muy atentos en el servicio y realmente tiene una vista increíble a la bahía además de estar cerca de todo si te gusta caminar podrás llegar fácil a muchos de los puntos de visita cercanos. Si regresaré.

La habitación frente al mar esta bien. El hotel es bonito, pero los de recepción son nefastos, estuve del 5 al 9 de abril de 2026.

Room was clean. Nice view. Beautiful pools. We didn’t like that it had no fridge and you couldn’t bring in outside food. We constantly had to ask staff for drinks and ice to keep drinks cold.

Ecxelente atención Hermosa vista

Great Pool Area with a Great Beach View, Room was clean, Housekeeper Lady was very good. Breakfast was Awesome, Staff at the Restaurant, Bar and Pool Area was Excellent. The Front Desk Staff in the other hand was not friendly at all and need more customer service training. As a family we arrived at 3:15pm from a long flight, when I tried to check in the gentleman told me he could not find my reservation after he asked me to show him on my personal phone the reservation he then took a picture of my reservation with his phone. Then he told us the room was not ready that he was going to hold our luggage in a holding room and that if we would like to go to the restaurant and we could wait for our room there. Keep in mind he never apologize for not having my room ready at 3pm like the check in is supposed to be, we decided to eat at the restaurant. The front desk did not even had the decency to let us know our room was ready after about an hour, the front desk told one of the restaurant wait staff to let us know which I found very unprofessional I did mentioned about it and they told me the Lady in Charge of the hotel would come and talk to me she never did.But overall nice hotel, and a good location walking distance to the little downtown Zihuatanejo..

My travel experience with hotel, Irma began after reserving a room, four months in advance. My credit card was billed immediately for the full amount. Shocked. Upon arrival, we were informed that the manager had removed all the refrigerators from the hotel rooms and that it was against hotel policy to consume any food or drink that was not purchased on the hotel property. Our ocean view room did not have any dresser drawers so we lived out of our suitcases on the floor most of our trip. The hallway outside my room door was a daily garbage collection site. My wife and I ate at the restaurant several times, but found the food generally dry and lacking taste. The pools are incredible. The list of rules that this hotel has is excessive . The manager does not appear interested in engaging her guests in conversation We will never stay at this hotel again nor recommended to anyone else.
