Hotel Park Villa

Globalement notre séjour a été juste correct. Je ne pense pas que j'y retournerais une deuxième fois. Le problème principal était le bruit; les chambres sont dans un style motel, et ne sont aucunement insonorisées. On entend donc absolument tout ce qui se passe à l'extérieur de notre chambre. Notamment le bruit presque constant des automobiles (Mexico ayant beaucoup de circulation), et le personnel qui commence à travailler dès 5-6h le matin (et qui ne font pas toujours nécessairement attention pour être discrets). Les équipements de la chambre sont un peu désuets (ex: peu de prises électriques et pas toujours fonctionnelles, fenêtre qui ferme mal, douche qui ne draine pas bien, tapis dans la salle de bain) L'hôtel est par contre bien situé, dans un joli quartier avec plusieurs commerces accessibles à pied. Transport en commun assez facile d'accès également. Le personnel est sympathique, quoique les services parfois inconstants. La réception est accessible 24h/24 ce qui est bien pour un aussi petit hôtel

First off, the staff were very nice and helpful. But our room was very noisy, with no sound proofing. We could hear everything going on in the hallway AND the lobby AND the street right outside our room. This was a pretty big issue when someone staying down the hall was very distressed and was escorted down the hall shouting at midnight. Very few functional power outlets. None of them were grounded plugs (3 hole) either. Room decor was very dated. Mold on the bathroom ceiling.

La unica persona amable fue cesar de recepcion. Todos los demas pesima actitud muy respondones con comentarios fuera de lugar hacen sentir incomodo al huesped mala experiencia como tratan a un cliente platinum

The staff support was lacking, rude, and took 3 days to fix my shower. Zero amenities, no drinkable water. However the cleaning ladies were sweet and the room service guy. Front desk guy was a nightmare.

Rooms are very old and not functional. Noise from the pipes , street , other adjacent rooms were unbearable

I booked a junior room, but the bathroom i got was just a shower -- not a tub as in the photo. And the shower head was partially broken. Also my TV did not work: it was fixed on the 2nd day! Breakfast in the courtyard was nice.

The hotel was lovely and well kept. Near Chapultepec and the Auditorio Nacional. The metro station was also very close.

Comfortable and quiet room in a good location. A good option for a budget hotel stay in CDMX. Note that after 8pm entrance is from next to the Green Park Hotel, my Uber dropped me off at the other entrance which was closed and I had to find my own way to it.

Internet lento, las habitaciones, baño, regadera y almohadas estaban muy pequeñas. Había cucarachas. El personal muy amable

Todos muy amables, el hotel cierra las puertas a las 6 de la noche, por lo que si llegas después debes tocar con una moneda la reja ya que no tiene timbre o campana, una de las noches llovía y en lo que tardaron en abrirnos, mi hijo y yo nos empapamos! el restaurante, no pertenece al hotel y una comida ahí para 2 personas sale al mismo costo que una noche de hotel.

Cuarto pequeño, pero confortable, internet bueno, en el restaurante muy bonito y confortable, personal atento, amable y servicial en especial el Sr Pozos

Me gustó la ubicacion para acceder facilmente al bosque de Chapultepec, el lugar es precioso, la comida en el jardin del Corredor es excelente (volveré) y también el hotel compañero Park Green y el restaurant The View preciosos igualmente!!! la amabilidad de todos muy sobresaliente. Un 10!

Check in was fine. Need to refurbish the rooms, curtains must be clean. Mosquitoes showed at night. Shower drain was clogged. Toilet place is very tight. Toilet and Shower lighting is very poor. Restaurant area is very nice and relaxing. Food was not as expected at all and charge average of US$25.00 is too high for the the quality of food.
