En general todos estuvo bien, excelente servicio.

First room had bed bugs. Moved and second Room didn’t . Can hear working girls all night. Some megaphone announcements starting early . Price was cheap shower was hot and big , wifi was good.

La habitación está Okay pero sin embargo el tipo de recepción tenía una mala cara todo el tiempo pero ya con ojos de que odiaba la vida y cerraba la puerta Cierra la puerta en la madrugada lo cual me parece bastante bien pero que te hagan mala cara para que te abran eso está muy mal

Hacen mucho ruido al anunciar habitaciónes y el elevador se traba hace muy feo

La habitación muy bien, lo único es que no se realizó la limpieza mientras estuve fuera, pero fuera de eso todo muy bien.

Mucho zancudo. Y encontre cabellos en la cobija

La casa tenía chinches, el servicio fue pésimo quería que dejara el hotel a las 3am y salir a la calle en una zona peligrosa y me querían estafar dándome billetes falsos cuando pedí mi reembolso. La peor experiencia de la vida!!!

El personal fue amable, solo que tuve que solicitar limpieza del habitación el tercer día. Buena ubicación, pero la falta de mantenimiento del elevador es terrible, demasiado ruidoso y añadiéndole los huésped y personal de servicio subiendo y bajando. Definitivamente no es un hotel para días de descanso.

Bed bugs in Room 505, I woke up and found them in my bed and I was bitten 25 times. I complained and demanded to moce to a new room (it was 2am!) and moved into Rm 506, which seemed ok. I awoke and went to work, further bite appeared on me and I discovered bed bugs at 12am. I phoned Hotels.com who promised to "take care of everything" and get me a full refund. They did not, so I had to return and demand a refund in person. The owver said I could not have a refudn for the days I had been there, so I also asked Hotels.com to compensate me, or I would take them to court, which they did. Hotels.com's site barely mentions bed bugs in its reviews: on Google there are nearly 40 reviews about bed bugs. I moved to a better hotel for the rest of my week.

Cumple con lo esperado, desde limpieza atención y precio

I say things honestly about the property and it sounds bad. But that’s not my opinion of the property. I liked the property and the neighborhood. You formed the questions to where my answers sounded bad, but they aren’t. It was a great hotel. The area had lots of public transit was close to lots of restaurantes and shopping and metro. It was dirty and old and the streets were filled with trash and there were limited bathrooms but I liked it. It had some bad, but overall it was really good and enjoyable. Except all the people flashing lights and honking horns at me and sounding sirens. If you don’t want the truth published, then stop doing things you don’t want published. I was forced to edit facts out of this review.

Me gusta que es cerca de el metro y comiones y centro historical distraído. Me gusta qué hay un gym cerca. Me gusta el joven chico en la oficina, el es muy amable. Me gusta la cuarto es limpiar y lindo. Me gusta el barrio pero algunas personas posiblemente no le gusta. Pero yo lo hago. No me gusta las puertas a veces son cerrada. Me gusta hay un ascensor. Me gusta hay una trabajando ventana en el cuarto.

Me gustó solo que había una chinche en una de las almohadas y en el baño le falta una Curitiba para que no se moje el resto del baño (tasa y piso)
