Riu Vallarta All Inclusive

Me encantó en general. Los espacios súper amplios, la limpieza muy bien. El servicio de la gente que te atiende es excelente. Sólo que no tiene valet parking, y su estacionamiento aunque está súper bien, a mi me tocó que se llenaba mucho y a veces te estacionabas muy lejos y no hay ascensor del estacionamiento al loby. Y yo iba con dos niñas pequeñas, teníamos que caminar por la rampa para subir al lobby. Con valet parking se resuelve sin problemas. Todo lo demás La verdad excelente.

En temporada alta la propiedad se satura y es difícil encontrar un lugar para relajarse. La atención es buena y la variedad de alimentos también. La selección de vinos en el todo incluido podría mejorar. También la política de acceso a los restaurantes de especialidades podría mejorar se saturan fácilmente. Las instalaciones son bonitas y los cuartos limpios y cómodos. En general es una buena opción para vacacionar.

Rooms are nice, as are the pool area and beach. However food is mediocre, and you can’t make reservations for the specialty restaurants; you need to get in line before they open and hope to get in. You can only get pool towels once a day, and we were charged $25 to check out one hour late. Overall our stay was disappointing.

This property was supprisingly very nice. Since its not a Riu Palace property I wasn't expecting much. I would say overall the food, property and staff were top notch. If I were to complain of anything, it would be the nighly shows. Very boring. Except for the live music.

We all got sickness at this resort. Terrible experience

When we arrive to the hotel we were notified that we were upgraded to the Riu Palace. Both hotels are equally beautiful and the food was really good.

Great staff, very friendly/helpful. Good ammenities. Would be even better if more pool lounge benches under good shade were added

The property was beautiful and well maintained. They offered great advice and deals when booking excursions. We booked luxury snorkeling through the resort and got a full day city tour for free! Both excursions were fantastic!

The majority of the staff were nice. I found there seem to be staff who are not qualified to do certain jobs and are in those positions.(cooks) The drinks are great and bars very good. The food needs a lot of work and for that reason the salad bar was the highlight of my trip. ( good food is nice on holiday ) The reason for noisy, the kids area was under construction and across the street. neither hindered my sleep but not nice when at the pool. The Limited dining was for the steak house which was difficult to get into.

Excellent, friendly staff. Everyone was so accommodating and made sure all the guests were having fun. RIU app was very convenient when we needed anything delivered to our rooms and I was able to check in prior to our arrival. Definitely an older building but well-kept. Enjoyed the swimming pools (especially the tacos and fries being served nearby but watch out for birds if dining outside!) Also loved walking along the beach and shopping on our last day!

Pools were great, beach was clean and the drinks were pretty good. Buffet food was not great. The sauces were very runny and some of the food was overcooked and hard to bite into. Steak house was good, lasagna from Il Gusto was very unappetizing. Room was spacious but the AC can get very loud during the middle of the night if not manually set by thermometer. Hand soap dispenser and shower soap ran out after staying 3 night so it was not very full from the start. I wouldn’t recommend for younger adults but families seemed to have a blast. Highlights from RIU Vallarta were the horseback riding, beach side vendors with great souvenirs and the drinks from the bar both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
