personal muy amable, la habitacion limpia, la alberca limpia tambien, todo en general muy bien

Limpieza de habitación, estilo del hotel, servicio, lugar donde está, etc

Las habitaciones lucen viejas, encerradas y humedas. La limpieza es regular. No nos dieron toalla para manos ni jabón. No volvería.

No habían toallas de mano, agua para tomar ni teléfono para llamar a recepción

It's a beautiful hotel with a large pool The sorrounding areas are amazing.

Pues parece muy bien, tiene mucho potencial, pero hace falta habilitar másde sus a Instalaciones

The property is really nice. The only thing is that when we just arrived there was no electricity and water, but it was a municipal issue, and the hotel stuff solved the issue by finding another room with air conditioning and water. I will go back. Beautiful place.

No cumpliero con los servicios descritos (desuyuno, servicio de tv) instalaciones deterioradas.

It’s at the end of a dirt road. The website mentioned that it has a restaurant but it’s closed, the pool deck is rotting and it’s difficult to get a taxi as the taxi company does not answer the phone. We did love the pool and the rooms but we killed a huge spider in my parents room, it looked that it was a baby tarantula. It was in the bathroom towels. I would definitely stay there again as I don’t mind walking in the heat from the main road to the hotel. One thing to considered that being a small town restaurants and some stores close at 5pm.

Great location on the lake...clean,comfortable rooms...loved the swimming pool ,terrace with great sunst views.The hotel has great potential but lacks staff to help with luggage.There is no hot water( we were there three times in one month and there was no hot water).If there are not enough guests,the restaurant is closed.We will return for the location in Coba and the staff in particular Sully and Christian!

Fantastic hotel if you are looking to relax. The staff was amazing in every way. We enjoyed our time so much that we are planning a trip back soon. We consider the staff friends, and we are so thankful that they made our stay there so enjoyable. Mayan ruins nearby and the gardens of this hotel are beautiful.

Good experience, room smelled of ammonia or mold somewhat. I would stay again!

Súper tranquilo y agradable. Excelente piscina , un poco fría el agua. Personal súper agradable. El restaurante puede mejorar. A veces por la mañana sale un poco fría el agua de la ducha. Las instalaciones magníficas. Un buen sitio para descansar

tranquilidad vale la pena , agregar esta experiencia en el libro de la vida.

Amazing peacful stay at thelake, walk into Coba!

El primer inconveniente fue al llegar a mi habitación y la misma no estaba preparada, luego me asignan otra en un segundo piso en donde para llegar a ella había que caminar bastante. Al mismo tiempo no se vio empleado alguno para asistirte con las maletas. De camino a la habitación vi almohadas, vasos, platos sucios en el pasillo. La almohada la recogieron luego de quejarme pero los platos y vasos sucios aun estaban en el mismo lugar al siguiente día. Me dejaron menos de la mitad del papel higiénico en la habitación y tres hojas en la caja de papel facial. No tenían agua caliente y no señal de TV. La cocina del hotel cerrada ya que no contaban con un sustituto (a) luego de ausentarse la cocinera(o). A eso del medio día las cervezas en la barra, ya se habían terminado.

El lugar me encantó por la arquitectura y la ubicación. Permite disfrutar de unos dias de relax en parrja, amigos, familia o en soledad. La ubicación frente a la laguna es inmejorable. Al hotel le falta unos retoques de pintura, de jardinería para ofrecer una mejor experiencia. El precio me pareció muy razonable. Un lugar para regresar a descansar

Ubicación perfecta frente a la laguna de Cobá, pero el hotel ya necesita un remodelación integral y total.
