Restaurant was expensive, but everything was nice!

Location was amazing, traveled solo and they had everything from restaurant to a nice relaxing beach . Would definitely recommend if what you're looking for is to relax. Staff was courteous and super attentive.

I was in an oceanfront 1 bedroom suite with large balcony, I loved the location of this unit, I loved sitting on the deck looking at the beach & ocean. The beach & water is perfect at this resort, we spent a lot of time in the water. The resort & rooms are extremely dated & in need of refurbishing but I knew that going in so it was not an issue to us. For the price we paid & being oceanfront & on the beach it is great value!

Room needs upgrades restroom coming apart TV no channels screen on the balcony came off really noisy wont go back to that Hotel

Hermosa vista!

Our room keys did not work every day! Pool did not work 3 of 7 days. Room service were the only nice people, everyone else was rude. Felt like they hate americans!

El servicio del staf es muy bueno, habitaciones viejas , el área de playa , restaurante remodelado está lindo

We had several roaches in our room over the two days we stayed here. The furniture os also not in hreat condition. On the upside, there was plenty of hot water and the mattress was comfortable.

Grounds beautiful with on site beach. Restaurant excellent for breakfast and dinner. Beach palapas readily available. First night room assigned 205 was less than desirable. Poorly maintained bathroom and shower. Room not to standards either. We relayed our dissatisfaction but no available rooms until next day. Staff showed us three rooms for second night and we chose Room 238 at the end of the bldg. Room was updated and had mini fridge and coffee maker. No Wifi access from this room. Although toilet and shower was updated, still had issues with outdated shower head and faucets. If we were assigned this room for both night, would have rated property 4 stars. Restaurant staff was excellent. Would come back again with stay in nicer room. Good value.

Staff was great, all friendly. Location of La Concha is great for a more chill stay, away from Malecón. All rooms appear to have a view of water and or pool or both. The dock restaurant was enjoyable, music on Sat night, and beautiful sunsets. Love that there were couches outside to sit and enjoy the view. The room is basic, no refrigerator for your own beverages, no coffee maker. Air conditioning was noisy all nights but once I figured out how to use the remote it worked very well. The shower leaked and whole room needed some maintenance, like extra lock on door broken, wood trim rotting from leaking shower, sliding door hard to open. Room was always cleaned very well. Also it can be noisy from outside traffic or neighbors, walls seem thin.

Instalaciones limpias, el personal muy amable, mientras esperamos nuestras habitaciones pudimos hacer uso de las instalaciones sin problema. La playa está lindísima, muy tranquila y recomendable para llevar niños, pues no hay mucha corriente y se pueden apreciar a los peces.

Las áreas públicas bien, las habitaciones ya están muy cansadas y hace falta mantenimiento

The good….. The resort itself is beautiful… safe. You get this big private beach, clear, beautiful water, palm trees, etc. they take really good care of the landscape. The bad…. They have bugs in their room, they’re not bedbugs because I looked them up, but they are in the beds. They look like a little flying gnats. They bit up my ankles. The food is horrible, they are always out of items on the menu. I wasn’t the only guest that has had this problem and this isn’t my first time staying at this resort and it seems to be an ongoing problem. The steak and beef brisket are not fresh. I couldn’t even eat my dinner, and they didn’t comp it. They made me still pay for it. You will wait 30 minutes before your order is taken, you will wait another 45 minutes for your food or another 30 for them to tell you they don’t have it in the kitchen and if you’d like to order something else by then you’re waiting over an hour for dinner. They’re not apologetic, the staff outside does not care. It’s unfortunate because the resort itself looks beautiful.. La Paz doesn’t have a big selection of resorts with private beaches. So I would probably stay here again, I will just continue to Uber out for food. Also, you will wait 12 to 20 minutes for a Uber to pick you up. The resort is about a 10 minute drive to the downtown area.

The location is ideal. Right on the beach, great water to swim in. The food was good, with two good places to eat, over the water for breakfast was a fav. The building is older but jas charm to it. We had issues with bugs in our bed, i brought up woth the desk who didnt really do anything about it.

Hotel needs update! Toilet did not work no elevators had to walk up three floors. No one spoke English to help us with inquiries. The outdoors needed redo. Pool was in poor shape and not very safe wobbly ladders. The staff at times were rude except for the housekeeping, she was very nice and did a good job.

Great location, view is great, but rooms need remodeling bathrooms need upgrade, old showerheads.

Fatal! El hotel medio vacío y nos dieron la habitación arriba de la bomba de agua. Toda la noche sonando fuertemente, imposible conciliar el sueño. Y eso que no era la habitación más barata. Nos cambiaron de habitación al siguiente día al otro lado del hotel, ya no había tanto ruido. Olvidaron llevarnos cosas importantes, teníamos que estar pidiéndolas directo en el mostrador porque ya ni nos contestaban el teléfono. Muy "amables" en apariencia, pero no resuelven, es evidente que no les interesa la comodidad de los huéspedes. Parece que cambiaron la administración y todo su personal, antes eran mucho más atentos y amables, nunca nos había pasado lo del ruido. Sinceramente, no quedan ganas de volver...

Ocean was good! But the service not that good the honey moon room needs to be upgraded restaurant needs a new menu it was very expensive for the room 😡 I wish I could get my refund we were supposed to stay till the 10-7 and we left early on 10-03 I'm very 😞
