Le Muuch Hotel

Edificio de estilo colonial, habitaciones súper amplias y cómodas. La única pega es el personal de recepción, bastante inflexible con la hora de check-in, a pesar de haber comido allí y terminar a las 14:30, hasta las 14:55 no nos permitieron acceder a la habitación, estuvimos esperando en el hall. Comida del restaurante buena relación calidad/precio. En general, muy agradable, muy bonito.

There was a ton of noise from dogs barking next door all night. In addition, there were a lot of rules to follow — including being careful to not get the towels dirty. They should provide a dark towel for makeup in that case — which they did not.

La habitación súper limpia, de muy buen tamaño y con todo lo necesario. El personal muy atento, muy lindo y siempre estaban pendiente de ti. Hay un estacionamiento cercano. Y la comida deliciosa, cenamos y desayunamos ahí, y muy rico todo.

This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic for us from the second we checked in until the very last moment we checked out. The room was beautiful, the hotel is decor and foliage is stunning, and the way it makes you feel like you are in an oasis was such a special treat. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.... Every part of it was perfect for us!

This hotel is extraordinary. It is hard to pick what stands out most as it is all so well done. The staff were friendly and attentive and made every aspect of our stay wonderful; it is no exaggeration to say that from the moment we arrived we felt at home. They helped us with our bags from the car to our room and offered us water as we checked in. Our room included a personalized welcoming card with tasty cookies and free water. The building is breath taking from the welcoming reception and amazing restaurant, to the numerous unique and private areas to dine. There are two beautifully appointed swimming pools surrounded by tropical plants and stunning art. And the room….oh my goodness, it was gorgeous. Comfortable beds, beautiful linens, a private deck with a small kitchen, table and hammock, and two more seating areas. The bathroom was lovely with a refreshing rain shower and beautifully scented personal care products. The attention to detail, beautiful furnishings and decor throughout this hotel continued in the room making it feel more like a stylish apartment than a hotel room. We enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival and a delicious complimentary breakfast. The food and service were simply outstanding. This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. If you are in Valladolid, you must treat yourself to this special hotel experience.

Lovely hotel in a great location in wonderful Valladolid. Adrian was so welcoming and friendly at check-in. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of options. Rooms are small but comfortable. Beds are super comfy. Soundproofing is a slight issue as the way the hotel is built onto the courtyard means you can hear everyone coming and going. Location is brilliant and really easy walk to centre.

Clean room. Super detailed walk through at the beginning of my stay. Restaurant is nice and servers are kind and attentive. Some minor noise from street and neighbouring buildings but all in all, would definitely return and recommend. Really made for a great first time in Valladolid.

Hôtel très beau mais bruyant avec une mauvaise isolation des chambres, des chiens qui aboient dans le refuge d’à coté et leur pompe à eau qui fait énormément de bruit. Nous leur avons demandé de la couper tellement nous ne pouvions pas dormir. Personnel adorable, literie de qualité, cocktail de bienvenue délicieux, petit déjeuner classique servi à table, emplacement idéal et parking à disposition. Mais globalement un peu cher pour l’expérience.

This hotel is enchanting - picture perfect; the staff is very friendly and attentive, even the chefs were quick to great us. The breakfast was exceptional. Our room was very comfortable and the mini bar was reasonably priced, which we appreciated. There’s a safe parking lot a block or so away, which is very important if you’re coming by car. Valladolid is a charming town and this hotel is nicely situated to be walkable to the town center, lots of restaurants and shops. We did experience some street noise, which isn’t the fault of the hotel and we assisted after the first day, but location is something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

Jolie chambre mais hotel très bruyant, chambre très éclairée même la nuit et piscine sale. Aucune réponse de l’hôtel aux messages suivant mon séjour.

This property is a hidden gem! Although this property is small but everything else made up for it. It’s walking distance to shops, cathedral, and more. There’s two entrances to the hotel with parking across the street on the other entrance/ exit- a bit confusing but no big deal. Once you’re inside, you’ll be transported to another world. Such a cute romantic hotel.

Una lugar muy bueno para quedarse a descansar y por la cercania al centro, el tema a mejorar es el internet no tuvimos conexion, al menos en el cuarto en el que me quede el 205 era muy lenta casi nula.

Convenient to the main square and dining options. Friendly staff, very nice breakfasts and 2 pools.

Excelente experiencia. Deberían tener personal que traslade los vehículos al estacionamiento pero todo bien !
