Mvngata Beach Hôtel est parfait sur tous les points! - 23 chambres, ce qui donne l'aspect apaisant du séjour, à 20 minutes en taxi de Paya del Carmen et de sa foule - Accès direct sur la plage : un régal au réveil tous les matins - Chambre de qualité, grande, spacieuse, excellente literie, belle déco, linge de douche top - Espace massage sur la plage avec des masseuses pro! Etc... le POINT le plus important : les collaborateurs/collaboratrices de l'hôtel qui sont toutes et tous sans exception d'une gentillesse incroyable! Service de chambre, restauration, équipe technique, massage, avec une note spéciale pour ANN et PALOMA de la réception qui sont d'une bienveillance et d'une écoute sans faille ! Merci 1000 fois à elles ! Et bravo au manager pour la gestion de son établissement! En synthèse: Une expérience client parfaite.

Great staff

We had a great stay! Will definitely be back. Everything was A plus! On the other hand, the hotel is far away from all the life and fun but if you want quiet time, this is definitely the spot.

The best Service ever seen and experienced in my life

Construction was going on and the noise was disruptive for my rest and relaxation. When I checked out, the front desk tried to charge me for some Pringles which I did not eat. I bought my own snacks from the outside (OXXO). Very upsetting.

We just got back from our trip to Mexico and stay at this beautiful place for six nights! all the pictures online look exactly the same in person. The staff goes above and beyond for their guest.( probably the best staff the way we were taken care of of any hotel we've ever stayed at) they truly want you to have an amazing experience. The rooftop bar/ pool was by far our favorite and if you go, please ask for Raul he's the best waiter we've ever had and will make you smile each time you see him

Absolutely obsessed with this place + special shout out to Ann, Rodrigo, and Julio!!! We went here to celebrate my 30th birthday and my husband's 32nd birthday, and I am SO happy we chose this hotel for a milestone like this. We were previously considering all inclusives, but then thought a boutique hotel away from the nice might be a bit more special – and it was exactly that!! There are SO many things we loved about this place, I'll list my highlights here: - Amazing, friendly, and very willing to help staff + service - The rooftop pool and views are just breathtakingly unreal - That view accompanied with the delicious food + helpful service is truly unmatched! - We were upgraded to a gorgeous premium oceanfront room from the deluxe oceanfront room – and it was SO worth it (we had a bathtub in our balcony) and precious quite views of the ocean from our room, which was unmatched to wake up to - The aroma in the room that we could pick before hand was such a special touch of personalization – we miss it now that we're back! - The reception staff was SO helpful and generous in helping me and my husband plan small surprises (decor, wine, cake, etc.) for each other – it truly made us feel special and well taken care of - Yes, the property is secluded and its a bit of a rough drive to get in & out, but if peace and quite is what you're looking for – don't doubt this place for a second!! We will definitely come back! Thank you thank you!

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The room service is top quality. Every time we came back to the room it felt we clean like the first day we checked in. It’s such a comfortable room! We had a beautiful view and the put a little bed for our 7 year old son without even asking. The pool was so much fun to use, we were the only ones in there! The beach area has sea urchins but it was still enjoyable because my son liked to play on the sand. We rented a car and always had a parking spot when we arrived (even past midnight). Thank you so much for helping us celebrate our ten year anniversary. This is 100% child friendly boutique hotel. Sign the waiver and you can bring your chile to the rooftop, you just have to make sure to be by your child at all times as agreed on the waiver. Very pleasant 7 day vacation. There’s a taco spot a block from the hotel we really enjoyed.

El hotel, el servicio y las habitaciones excelentes…el restaurante puede mejorar, unos platillos no nos gustaron…en general es una excelente opción para quedarse en Playa del Carmen.

Pet~friendly

We loved our stay and recommend a room with the ocean front view. Our room was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic and the service/staff was excellent. We enjoyed the private beach, their massage services and their roof top infinity pool. Our stay here definitely made our trip to Playa del Carmen worth while and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We intend to visit again in the near future and we believe this will be our go to hotel going forward. 5 stars!

Esta precioso el espacio, las habitaciones. Sin duda se esmeran en que pases unos dias geniales. El servicio es de alta calidad, siempre al pendiente. El menú del restaurante si eata muy limitado.

Service was impeccable and the food was delicious! Our room was large and very clean - well designed space! Large balcony with great views!! A true boutique experience!

Love the hotel

I recently had an amazing stay at the Mvngata Hotel. I stayed for about three weeks, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and directly on the beach. It was great to wake up and go to sleep to the sounds of the ocean. It honestly felt magical. My first week there, they had a morning meditation series on the rooftop which was a great start to the day. The food and drinks were solid, with breakfast being my favorite. But it was the staff that made the experience exceptional. From my booking, they reached out to learn of any specific requirements. They checked in regularly to ask if I needed anything and how they could make my stay better. They were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. They even upgraded my room when they learned I was celebrating a professional milestone. I’m now a big fan, and this is one of my new favorite properties. A special thank you to Ann, Nicanor, Rodrigo, and Julio for taking exceptional care of me. I will certainly be back!
