Nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia. No recomiendo Ir en temporada alta ya que el servicio y los alimentos son un poco más deficientes. Fuera de esas fechas el trato es excelente.

Great property overall.

El primer día no salía agua caliente del cuarto, pero el personal lo resolvió. Luego el aire acondicionado tenía un olor bastante fuerte como a orina, tuvimos que dejarlo prendido con la ventana del cuarto abierta muchas horas para que se cambiara el olor. La comida deja mucho qué desear. Hay muy pocas opciones saludables en los restaurantes. La comida es excesivamente grasosa y el sabor y presentación dejaban mucho qué desear. Al ingresar no nos avisaron que había que reservar el transfer al aeropuerto y estuvimos apunto de perder la reservación. La playa está bastante pequeña y no te puedes meter al mar porque hay muchas piedras. El staff de entretenimiento no tenía muy buena disposición. La decoración del lobby y los restaurantes estaba super bonita, pero el edificio con los cuartos no tenía casi decoración, se sentía como "desolado". El cuarto estaba de muy buen tamaño, la cama super cómoda.

Terrible hotel , charge us extra and long way to room from lobby , water park , and few option of restaurant, I advise all travelers no choose this one

Family friendly. Lots to keep kids engaged and entertained. The pools in the room were ice cold though. And the water park was crowded due to being open to the public. Good luck finding seating.

The waterpark is fun (for one day). Hotel pool and beach are terrible. The beach is basically non-existent. The main hotel pool is horrible, basically an extended pool off of the main floor rooms. You feel like you are swimming in people's private areas. No service at the pool or beach. If you want to visit this hotel. I suggest just paying for a day pass for the waterpark and staying somewhere else. The breakfast restaurant felt more like an overcrowded noisy public cafeteria than a resort restaurant.

Es un gran hotel, todo es muy rico y las instalaciones son estupendas, desmerece por la playa un poco y las albercas del hotel son muy frías, a pesar de estar a 30 grados, es una pena que los niños terminan por no meterse porque son heladas.... considerar poner caldera aunque sea por momentos sería de gran ayuda. Algunos concierge son buenos y otro no

Excelente lugar muy nuevo, la comida en todos los Restaurantes es de muy baja calidad, no va acorde al precio y a lo imponente de la propiedad

The food was soo BADDDDD !! I mean room service is what i lived off of for 5 days ! I Hated the shuttle !!!!”Wet or dry ride same shuttle and now your butt is wet ! No entertainment or even music by the pool . I i didnt always want to go to waterpark or lobby! I didnt like room floor getting slippery i fell .

This hotel is so nice I enjoy everything there the rooms are so clean the park everything was just perfect.

La comida es pura comida rápida, y el restaurante que tenía cosas diferentes vendía la carne, es un hotel costoso como para todavía vender la mejor comida del hitel

Perdi dos horas en hacer el check in con ustedes por error en la edad de mi hija al momento de enviar la reserva al hotel

The staff was great and kind. Everything was clean and beautiful

I got a charge of 282.00 usd chare for my son afther i had paid 2,500. For a family 0f 4 for 2 nights. It was a gift for my sons birthday. I knew he was gana be 13th. The resort charged in cash when checking in. I tried to contact expedia but no response to try and get my refund back. Resort manager said as long as expedia calls us. We will give you your money back.

This property was excellent. I liked that the hotel was away from the water park. The views were beautiful. So kid friendly, my kids favorite vacation so far.

Safety in pool area for kids. # of life guards was very well organized
