Están horribles las habitaciones y no hay agua caliente

Yo reservé una habitación Deluxe con una cama King size y una cama matrimonial sin embargo, cuando me entregaron la habitación sólo tenía una cama King size, al reportar esto en la recepción me hicieron saber que ellos no cuentan con habitaciones con dos camas, y que este es un error común en la plataforma, creo que esto debería arreglarse, sin embargo, la chica de la recepción fue muy amable y nos ofreció poner una cama adicional, la cual no tuvo ningún costo. A la mañana siguiente subimos a preparar comida, y cuando nos sentamos a desayunar, había excremento en el área común, cabe resaltar que la propiedad cuenta con un perro, el cual no es nada agresivo, por el contrario es muy cariñoso, sin embargo, este tipo de suciedad se me hace desagradable sobre todo a la hora de comer, si ignoramos ese detalle, el área común se me hizo muy cómoda y agradable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y contamos con amenidades como shampoo, jabón corporal y acondicionador. La puerta principal así como las habitaciones se abren con código, esto fue muy agradable yaque no importa la hora a la que llegues al hotel siempre puedes entrar sin ningún problema. En general la estancia fue buena, las camas eran cómodas y la habitación era fresca, lo cual se agradece al estar en un lugar con un clima tan cálido.

Check in was on the top (4th) floor with no elevator. When we were showed to our room, it had not been cleaned. The shower was cold with no pressure. Literally could not wait to check out. You get what you pay for.

Totalmente desorganizado. Llegué tarde por el vuelo y no había personal de recepción que hablara español. Amables, sí pero inaccesibles en idioma.

I loved my staying, the downtown is awesome, fish is awesome around, the beaches are very safe to swim, the people is nice, is such an unique experince, also the view is unbeatable. dont forget get a scooter

Un buen lugar, enserio creo que es la mejor opción para quedarse en puerto escondido.

Todas las chicas, desde las de limpieza hasta las de recepción fueron muy amables. Siempre está limpio.

Todo bien con el hotel en términos generales

Place was alright, had a great rooftop, but no individuals checking you into reception which made it feel like you were just getting a place to stay and didn’t have someone to ask questions to.

I would not stay again. Wifi and ac work well, but room smelled of bleach and had mold in every corner of the bathroom. Could not get hot water. No phone number to call they only have a messaging service. Woke up with massive headache because bleach smell permeated the whole entire night. Had some random pipe in ceiling pour water out onto bathroom in middle of night. Property does not look like the enhanced photos.

Pros: - A/c in the private rooms - Decent kitchen - Nice rooftop - Close to shops & market Cons: - No proper staff (just volunteers) and no-one responds to emails - 1 tiny blanket provided & no sheet on double bed - No hot water - Shower floods the bathroom and no bath mats provided - Bathroom smells musty - Very noisy - No natural light in the rooms

Estupendo hospedaje en Puerto Escondido de lo mejor :)

Muy amables, cuenta con todos los servicios.

Very friendly people. Felt like a second home. Many restaurants and bank and grocery store right across the street. A/c was amazing.
