Posada Santa Clara

Muy buena la atención de todos dentro del hotel, muy cómodo, lo mejor fue tener en el mismo predio el restaurante Santa Clara, la comida exquisita, en general ampliamente recomendable

The host clearly did not like our wish to look at the room. Wanted to place us in a smaller room than booked! How this property rated "Superb 9.2" !!!??????? The building is o l d, shower & toilet stink. The door of the room shines through, the handle crunches. Parking was a messy backyard. + Bed linen and towels were clean and floor were clean. !!! the feedback should be real- i booked it by rating "Superb 9.2" as well. "4.0" the most!

We stayed for a week vacation at this family run establishment. They did not speak English but treated us like family and by the end of the week we felt like we were family. The accommodations were a bit sparse(more like a Motel 6 than a Hyatt) but the Satellite TV, AC worked great and service very responsive. The family's restaurant is frequented by the locals and is great quality with many traditional dishes at reasonable prices. Be sure to try the Chili Relleno or Clay Wrapped Chicken(which must be ordered 24 hours in advance).

Super helpful staff. It's close to a supermarket, ATM, and a 15 minute walk to the bus station. The internet and AC are weak. The restaurant has delicious food.

Dos situaciones q no me esperaba,tradicionalmente cuando la reserva dice desayuno incluido se contempla como tal y aquí te hacen pagar diferencia x más del 60% (38% $50) ya que el desayuno lo considerán Continental...(café,jugo o fruta y pan c/mantequilla)y no Buffet X otra parte dentro de las habitaciones 0 Internet.Para un Hotel 3* No sé vale! Lo demás estuvo bién.

The two owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. They both went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, put us in touch with relevant tours and when our laptop contracted a virus they found a very good technician who was able to fix it.

We loved this family run hotel. We especially liked the fact that it was a short walk away from the zocalo making it a quiet and enjoyable place to stay! Attached to the hotel was their restaurant! Excellent food and very popular with locals. We would certainly stay her again if we find ourselves back in town.

Within minutes of checking in, I was ready to check out. It would have been better to bite the bullet and pay for another place. The room was like a dungeon with one dim light (we had to use our headlamps to read). They say they have hot water in the postage-stamp size bathroom, but they don't. I braved it once to rinse off, my partner couldn't do it. They provided one drinking glass for the two of us and they were the only place I've ever stayed in Mexico that provided NO safe drinking water in the room. A big reason we didn't check out was that the wifi was so bad that we couldn't search for other places. Never again!!!

Su ubicación a un lado de una plaza de comercial y a unos 500 mts del centro de Crucecita es excelente. El personal siempre fue muy cordial y atento a nuestra solicitudes.

me gusto que esta centrico y mucha amabilidad opor parte del personal, comida buena. Faltaron algunos accesorios en el baño pero se los pedimos y no los dieron de inmediato.

I spent one week at Posada Santa Clara and very much enjoyed my stay. The family owning the place are warm people and their staff courteous and friendly. The place is clean and well located walking distance to the beach and shipping area. It was also nice to have a restaurant in the Posada. I would highly recommend.

Exceptionally well-run hotel! Warm, welcoming, professional staff. Less than ten minute walk to city center and close to beaches. Excellent restaurant is part of the hotel. We not only recommend this to anybody but we'll be back ourselves!

Me gustó su ubicación el lugar muy tranquilo, y se tiene una tienda de autoservicio muy muy cerca, el desayuno incluido muy rico, solo que no incluía el de mi hijo de 6 años, debía tener 7 para poderlo incluirlo.

En general nos sentimos muy a gusto con el trato cálido y amable de el personal y la comodidad de este hotel, sin duda que en la próxima vivita a Huatulco éste será el punto de llegada.

Excelente ubicacion, buena atencion, lo recomiendo ampliamente
