Muy buena atención por parte del personal, pero al hotel ya le urge remodelación en general, se siente viejo, muebles muy viejos en la habitación necesitan renovar las habitaciones.

When I arrived to the hotel, it was extremely hot inside the hotel lobby, retail, and restaurant areas. My check in was pretty fast. When I arrived to the room it did not look like the pictures displayed when I made the reservation. There was a pile of dirty cups and dishes at the foot of the door to enter the room in the hallway. The room looked worn and the carpet smelled old. Not to mention the room was also extremely hot. The ac would not cool after it had been on for several hours. The lighting was very poor in the room as well and you could barely see yourself in the bathroom. I was there for a wedding and needed to do my own hair and makeup so this detail of lighting was important to me. I wouldn't say the place was dirty, just old and not in a cute vintage kind of way. It was so hot in the restaurant I left to eat elsewhere. The hotel seems on the outskirts of everything but not in the beautiful charming streets closer to the cathedral. I left to stay elsewhere several hours after checking in. Didn't even sleep in it one night, I was supposed to stay 4. Because I booked through Expedia, I lost my entire stay that I paid for. For these reasons I do not recommend this hotel for your San Miguel stay. There are way cuter places for for the same price or less. My fiends stayed at the Posada down the street for $500 for their entire stay. I paid $700 for mine.

The rooms were very comfortable. The hotel was at a very close distance from the center of town. We walked there in about 15 minutes.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The place is beautiful. They have parking. Definitely I will be back and recommend it .

Nuestra habitacion tenía un problema con el desgue de la regadera. Que provocaba se saliera el agua hacia la.habitacion aunque lo reportamos siguió igual solo estuvimos dos noches. Lo demás de la habitacion bien, contactos con usb, el aire bien, limpia

El hotel es bonito pero creo que ya requieren cuidar un poco el estado de las habitaciones, ya que al ser un poco viejo, requieren mantenimiento y en el caso de mi habitación, una de las lámparas no prendía, por lo demás todo bien.

Excelente opción, muy cerca del centro, tiene estacionamiento lo que otros hoteles te cobran adicional, las instalaciones están muy agradables.

A suggestion is to offer face towels and a mini fridge. It’s in a great location!

Man what a nice hotel. Very clean. Staff is bilingual. AC worked very well in the room. A+ in my book!

The staff was very helpful, the food was great,and the place was very clean in general. I will most definitely stay there again in the future.

No pudimos entrar a la habitación poco antes por el check inn muy estricto, y a pesar de ello no tenían las toallas completas para 3 personas por habitación. Jabones y shampoos no estaban rellenados.

En general todo bien., solo que tardaron poco menos de 1 hora en asignarme mi habitación.

El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento, la propiedad está en buenas condiciones, las habitaciones son espaciosas y las camas y almohadas cómodas, y está ubicado en excelente lugar a unas cuadras cerca del centro y al rededor tienes de todo como oxo, farmacias, súper, restaurantes y bares. A mi familia y a mí nos encantó la estancia en el hotel, además es ideal con y sin niños!
