Muy agusto, personal muy amable, estuve 2 noches y fue agradable!

La amabilidad del personal. La comida. Costo beneficio excelente. Mejorar las instalaciones eso si hace falta, una manita de pintura. Por lo demás muy bien.

Cocina, servicio, limpieza todo muy bien,

La habitacion estaba impecable. Los empleados estuvieron excelentes. Amables, serviciales, atentos, divertidos, dando el 100%. La playa hermosa. El entretenimiento, muy bueno. Solo pensamos que en cuanto a la comida, pueden mejorar, por eso no le damos las 5 estrellas. Aun así, nos encantaría volver. La pasamos muy bien.

La verdad precio justo para lo que es

Most of the staff were very nice. There were a few bartenders who mocked me for my Spanish speaking efforts. The beds were rock hard, like sleeping on the floor. The food options between breakfast and dinner were VERY limited. The wildlife on property was a nuisance—an infestation if you will. There is a shuttle to the beach, that runs every 30 minutes, so that was nice.

Loved my stay the staff was super friendly. Although, the property bed was more on the firm stiff side and the shower temperature was set on cool vs hot. The bathroom sink got more hotter than the shower which I found odd. However, wouldn’t mind going back as everything was organized down to the beach transportation.

El personal de meseros y cocina muy atentos , el resto bien en general , lo que estuvo pésimo fue la atención recibida al momento de sufrir un accidente al salir de la alberca con mi bebé de 9 meses en brazos, donde hubo heridas expuestas , golpes y un esguince , la ayuda tardo en llegar y cuando llegó el maletín de primero auxilios estaba prácticamente vacío tuvieron que ir por material de curación y regresar conmigo, todo esto a paso de tortuga y con unas ganas que mejor otro huésped tomo la iniciativa y al tener conocimientos médicos (es un enfermero retirado) se movió y les pidió el material para hacerlo el mismo , pidió hielo en la barra para aplicarme en el golpe , otro huésped fue por un ungüento para desinflamar y otro huésped más trajo paracetamol para el dolor y el personal del hotel nada más viendo sin intención de ofrecer ayuda y todavía dice ayyy yo pensé que se había pegado en la cabeza , queee !!!!????? A lo que ya molesta le respondí , nooooooo imagínese que me hubiera pegado en la cabeza con la atención que estoy recibiendo de su parte ya me habría muerto , cero preocupación por el incidente , se retiraron preguntándome por 3era vez mi número de habitación y que si necesitaba otra ves ayuda fuera a la recepción , el corte más profundo siguió sangrando y el huésped que me curó llegó a mi habitación con material de curación que compro en la tienda de recuerdos y me hizo unos moños para unir la piel y que ayudara cerrar por que se requería de sutura .

I recently stayed at this hotel resort and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the service was amazing from start to finish. We received a welcome drink, and the guest services team was super helpful. However, the food was just okay - nothing spectacular. One thing to note is that the resort isn't directly on the beach, and you'll need to catch a shuttle that runs on a limited schedule. The pool was nice, but the hours were restricted, and I wished it was open 24/7 with swim-at-your-own-risk signs. The rooms were clean but basic, and the beds were extremely hard - almost rock-hard. The bathrooms were decent, but nothing to write home about. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for us, but I’d recommend being aware of these details before booking. I met some great people while traveling here. I would book again if needed to make a last minute trip.

Todo estuvo excelente

Horrible hotel. First is was dirty, towels smell, roaches in the room, dirty pool. Then the buffet is garbage with the same things you don’t want to eat all the time and the people that work there are rude, wont even let you take a bowl of fruit to your room without harrassing you about it and asking you questions that don’t apply. One of the things I like es was that they have cats but they ruined that because I think my wife and I are the only ones who des then for 2 weeks except for when I specifically asked the staff to feed them and they acted like I was crazy. Thats maybe half of the horrible stuff. Any other hotel is better, don’t waist your money

I loved the service we had at the front desk to our maid and the guy that filled up our room fridge with beer water pop. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Thanks again Riu Lupita as this was the second time we’ve stayed there. O yes and do go have à la cart Steakhouse. At the beach it’s GREAT

Un hotel que cumple perfectamente las expectativas de Calidad-Precio, cuenta con muy buenas instalaciones, personal muy atento que te hace sentir confortable, la comida bien pero se pudiera mejorar agregando más variedad, pero en conclusión un hotel que que invita a regresar.

Food choices were horrible! Check in was great, thereafter was horrible! Wait staff could not understand English. The only waitstaff was great were Delfino and Santos at the bar. Everyone else was not great! Our anniversary ended up horribly due to us not being accommodated for the restaurant. We kept trying to make a reservation but were told we couldn’t and then when we tried to get food, was told we needed a reservation! Our first experience at a RIU resort was not great at all!
