Clean room.

Overall it was a great location and the apartment was comfortable. The staff at the front were not friendly so don’t expect to be greeted or to offer any assistance even when you ask where is the closest quick mart to buy water.

Clean and location is great! Host was excellent communicating with us. Though is not a hotel, I do think spaces like this should provide extra towels especially if a guest is staying longer than 3 days. Just my opinion. I’d definitely stay here again.

My fourth stay Excellent apartment

This is the second time I have stayed at this property, one with a different host and larger unit, and I highly recommend the facility for cleanliness, staff professionalism, amenities, layout/spaciousness of the units, the hosts' accommodating manners, and the location. Walking distance to everything fun - two magnificent parks, an open-air market on Tuesdays, and more. I will stay here again next time I visit this lovely city.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view. The building staff were friendly and the front desk was staffed 24 hours a day. The neighborhood was safe and quiet though a bit boring if you’re a night owl.

Muy cómoda excelente lugar

No sirve elevadores se inundaron estacionamiento inundado la entrada al departamento no s encuentra el administrador y la seguridad de el edificio no sabe nada por que el edifico es mixto propietarios permanentes y la renta de ellos te tienen esperando más de dos horas u muy groseros te mandan clave de acceso después de mucha espera y el departamento rara decoración y muy ruidoso

Mala atención al querer entrar en la recepción o Lobby los guardias muy mala actitud me dejaron en la calle en la lluvia sin entrar la gente que administra no contesta el teléfono la prooordad inundada en los elevadores mucho ruido

Me gusta mucho la ubicación y el aspecto general de este departamento. Es excelente que puedas dejar el vehículo ahí mismo, es muy segura el área ideal para caminar.

Beautiful apartment, ample, clean, nice with views. Excellent location. A bit noisy from the cars on the avenue. Should post from the initial advert that an online check-in is mandatory, to avoid a nasty arrival: personnel from the building are very nice, but know nothing about Kukun. Awful communication. All phone numbers posted are out. Via Whatsapp, we were given an incorrect access code, and had to wait for 15 minutes to get any answer back. Car slot was also wrong.

Place is nice and clean. Staff is not friendly at all. Front desk lady always on. Her phone with attitude. Another thing to note is that they do not allow deliveries to the apartment, and they do not receive them. I injured my foot and needed that accommodation and they were unwilling to do so. Also, you have to buy your own supplies such as trash bags, TP, paper towels, etc. I am also pretty sure you rely on what the people before you left. To each their own but I did not enjoy my stay nor did I think it was worth the money I paid. Location is great though and the place is pretty. Not much room to hand out as a family and watch TV since the couch only seats 2.

The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location is good with a short Uber ride to most areas of the city. There is also a bus stop at the end of the block. It's located in a safe, walkable area with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within blocks.You have access to a beautiful view from the rooftop garden, where you can enjoy morning coffee or a refreshing drink at night. The only minus is the traffic noise at night when you're trying to sleep, but Mexico City is not the city you visit to rest!

A fuir. Très mauvaise communication, l’hôte a inversé les réservations. Nous avons reçu les informations de notre appartement en avance mais une fois sur place 1. la personne a la réception ne nous retrouvait pas sur le listing et donc ne voulait pas nous laisser entrer. Après négociations, nous entrons dans la résidence puis accédons à l’appartement. 2. Le code de la porte ne fonctionne pas mais surtout 3. L’appartement est déjà occupé. En discutant avec la personne, nous comprenons que l’hôte a échangé les réservations. Nous redescendons à l’accueil de la résidence, qui nous aide et tente de joindre l’hôte. Nous faisons de même et forcément aucune réponse. Nous constatons qu’une autre cliente a le même problème. Au bout d’une heure nous finissons par avoir un retour avec les bonnes informations. Je précise qu’il était plus de 21h et que nous venions d’atterrir. Aucune excuse de l’hôte sur ce désagrément. À fuir !

Check in process was insanely long. Everything is done by cellphone and whatsapp. Got to the room and was given the wrong code. Finally got into the room and it was 80 degrees and humid. The chairs were stained/dirty. Floor was warped due to the humidity...felt like stepping on a bubble. Went to shower...no body soap. I have stayed in 150 hotels and this was the worst one. Looks amazing on listing though!
