The Penthouse 2 suite was magnificent. And they got us tacos, twice, after hours

Balcony view was gorgeous. Staff top notch.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcomed—kind, personable, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was a daily highlight: cooked fresh to order from a menu and served on a gorgeous outdoor terrace surrounded by greenery. I made it a relaxing morning ritual! My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly clean. Thoughtful touches like a beach bag to borrow, an aroma diffuser, and an Alexa speaker made the stay feel extra special. The AC worked perfectly, and I appreciated the energy-saving key system. The location couldn’t be better—the beach is literally right across the street! Beach chairs and umbrellas were complimentary, and you can swap out beach towels 24/7 at the front desk. When I needed a break from the sand, the rooftop pool was perfect—open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with comfy lounge chairs and a great restaurant/bar. Additionally, the hotel was walking distance (~3-5mins) to a bunch of yummy restaurants and taco/burrito spots! I loved it so much that I extended my stay for an additional 2 nights, and they let me stay in the room rather than check out/in! Every detail of this hotel felt intentional, making my stay both relaxing and memorable. I can’t wait to come back!

Great service and location

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Much nicer then I even anticipated. Breakfast that was included was a choice of hot drinks, choice of juices and then a choice fron the Al la carte menu. All was delicious. The pool was clean and the seats were plentiful n very comfortable with lots of umbrellas. There was a bar ( that could of opened earlier IMO) that had great dribks at a reasonable price. The rooms were cleaned daily, kitchen was well equipped and whole unit for more modern then I expected. The view from balconey was wonderful and patio furniture was great to din outside or morning coffee. The staff was friendly and efficient. Id def recommend this hotel.

The facility is beautiful! The view of the ocean was my absolute favorite next to the rooftop pool at sunset and the rooftop terrace during a lightning storm! At the top there is a 360 degree view of the area! Its stunning in the day and stunning at night! The breakfast was delish and can make add ons for an affordable cost that is charged to ur room at the end. There is something for everyone! The authentic dishes were my favorite! The room was clean and modern looking! We were on the second floor. The view was incredible! There was a kitchenette that was fully stocked! We went to the grocery store and acquired some items for lunches and fruit so we only had to buy dinner out! Worked out amazing! The facility location is about 10 minute walk to the Melecon! Therefor it was far enough away that it was quite peaceful at night! Not a party area in the night! There were restaurants and eateries fust feet from the hotel. There is an OXXO around the corner where we picked up some drinks and snacks and water. The water at the facility is drinkable but we opted for bottled water anyway! Spent a lot of time at the rooftop pool eating the delicious and affordable drinks and food at the concession at the roof top pool! The staff were pretty helpful. The downside: I was told more people speek English in PV which I did not find to be true. We did get ourselves in a bit of a situation at a beach bar where we felt we were taken advantage of. Only the taxi driver we had spoke Englis

Friendly staff, good referrals

La playa que esta frente al hotel no es la mejor, tiene muchas piedras y es riesgosa. La estancia estuvo sin eventualidades, salvo que a la llegada nos encontramos con que el recepcionista estaba pidiendo identificaciones de todos los huespedes --- a todos, no solamente a la persona que hizo la reservacion como el 99.999% de los hoteles lo hace e intentaba sacar copias fotostaticas de todas las identificaciones para quedarse con ellas sin niguna explicacion o motivo aparente---. Se lo hicimos notar a esta persona y de mala manera siguio su proceso de recepcion simulando que hablaba por telefono con alguien que no le contesto. Fuera de eso, el resto del personal es amistoso y servicial.

Habitación espaciosa, camas cómodas y el balcón con vista al mar es fantástico. El personal es muy amable y servicial.

My room was ocean view and hotel was close to everywhere Just the fist day of our staying , elevator was out of service , and our room was in fourth floor 😡 For breakfast we could chose just limited options The best thing of hotel is the ocean view of rooms

The rooms are clean and the amenities are sublime. We stayed at the penthouse and the view was breathtaking. The service is great too.

My favorite thing about the hotel was the kitchen staff and some of the reception staff - a nice vibe. The view on the rooftop was also nice.Swimming in the ocean near the hotel was also great, as was hearing the waves at night. What I liked least: * Noisy AC unit outside the room could be heard inside. * Bright cold white lights. * Bare, drab room style * The breakfast menu is good and extensive. However the truth is "you receive one option of one drink and one option for one item to eat," not a free breakfast. For example if you want oatmeal AND fruit you pay for one of them. Coffee AND juice - you pay for one. * Hot and humid in the reception and breakfast area with zero fans or AC.

Location I gave a 3 star the beach is rocky nice clean sheets , hotel needs a little update

Clean relaxing and priced right

I like the fact that it’s a smaller hotel so it’s easy to get to know the staff and other guests at the hotel. It’s close to many shops and restaurants. Most of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
