We had a great experience. The staff was kind and very attentive. We felt safe and enjoyed the privacy of being in a Villa. If there was an issue, It was resolved quickly. The views are absolutely beautiful and worth it!

Room was clean and beautiful and the staff, although small, was very helpful with anything we needed. The grand room was really nice and comfortable. There was some noise from the water taxis and some music playing around town but got quiet around 10p. The small village of Boca is quaint, quiet and mostly working class and felt very safe to walk around. The restaurants near the hotel were very reasonably priced and some of the best food on our trip. If you want fancy, tons of amenities, and shopping, maybe try elsewhere. If you want to get away from hustle and bustle and slow the pace down this is a peaceful spot. Felt like we were the only guests most of the time. Water taxi to Yelapa waterfall was one of our highlights. We also did a snorkel excursion to Los Arcos and drove over to El Tuito for its botanical garden. I would definitely return to this area. The locals were very friendly and polite. The pool was a great and not crowded at all.

Las instalaciones muy padres , lo único que que no agradó fue que no había servicio de alimentos a habitación, ni comedor por las tardes y noches

The only thing I don’t like is the they don’t have a regular coffee

la arquitectura, el mobiliario, el diseño de las habitaciones, la vista panorámica. Todo muy bien, excepto que sugiero que cambien los cubre camas y las fundas de las almohadas por colores mas vistosos y limpios.

Está chida pero no funciona el elevador 😥

This villa was amazing everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Hector was very helpful and very friendly.Small little community but very welcoming!

This place is magical! Unfortunately during our stay we were only 1 of 2 guests so there was was no onsite food options or bar. Lots of things needed fixing and water did not get very warm in shower. Pool was freezing. Overall a wonderful place and very clean! Just needs some updating and to have all amenities advertised fully functional!

No respetaron la reservación, según ellos revisaron y no tenían registro de nosotros, algo muy grave es que comentaron que no tenían relación con ustedes para reservación y que no tenían lugar, que falta de seriedad, no sabemos si de parte de ustedes o de ellos, fue una experiencia terrible, porque nos confiamos de que todo estaba en orden.

It is a beutifull property with stunning views the bed roms are enourmous and the bath room is another level i will defenetly will be coming back here not to mention the staff is amazing

Está excelente el lugar para una vacación en pareja, por ejemplo. Pero esta lejos de la zona romántica aunque dice que esta cerca, cosa que vieran de corregir, en general fue una buena estancia aunque se elevó el gasto por la transportación

The most important thing to realise with this listing is that it is not where it shows on the map on its listing, nor where the 'get directions' button in the app shows. It is in fact 20km past Puerto Vallarta. The property are aware that there is a problem with the listing and said 'yes, some of the online listings are wrong' when I called for directions. You would think they would get that fixed or at least call it out in the description. The extra 30mins in a taxi doesn't make this a viable option if you are looking for somewhere that is in walking distance of Puerto Vallarta. Having said that, the position of the property is overlooking a stunning bay and the panoramic view from the suite is quite fabulous. The property itself is a bit dated but the layout of the suits and communal areas are very well done. Breakfast was nice (shame it wasn't included in the room price) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were privacy curtains, but nothing that blocks out light so you may want to bring an eye mask. There is a restaurant in the bay which I could hear from the bedroom although I did go to bed early having been on a bus for 9 hours that day. Ultimately I only ended up staying here for one night because I wanted to be in Vallarta as per the listing. So my overall experience wasn't great, but the place itself was very nice. If you are going to end up in somewhere remote then I can think of far worse options that this.
