Villa del Palmar Beach Resort Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive

From the moment we got out of the transport, the bell men were on it they took our bags made us feel at home; pointed us in the direction of where we needed to go to check in Check in was easy. Food was great, you get 5 different restaurants on the property. The wait staff was very helpful. We opted for all-inclusive so there's a reason for that because the food and the drinks were amazing. Our room was so cute and relaxing. Every evening they did a turn down service, which we enjoyed. There were activities during the day and entertainment during the night at the dinner service. If you wanted a taxi ride to venture out to the marina they were able to get one for you very quickly, we felt very safe in and out the of resort. Because this was our first time here we didn't know what to expect but after leaving we wished we could have stayed a few more days It felt like we were being cared for.

Perfect place to rest and have fun. Staff was very welcoming. Great place for first time visiting Cabo.

It was like a goldilocks property, not too big, not too small but just right. The staff was very friendly and tried hard to please. the food was outstanding and even the evening entertainment was pretty good.

This was a wonderful resort. The food was amazing and the staff were personable and went out of their way to take care of you. Very clean resort. We will definitely return. Enrique in the Sports Bar was awesome. They even put on the hockey games we asked for.

My spouse & I booked this trip hoping for a relaxing getaway, especially after dealing with some difficult health issues. Unfortunately, what we got was one of the worst resort experiences we’ve ever had—we’ve been to many all-inclusives. From the moment we arrived, it was chaos. It took over 30 minutes just to check in, & we were given zero guidance on how anything worked. For the entire first day, we were left to figure things out on our own, constantly having to ask employees questions—& feeling like we were annoying them. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire time, & when we asked if there was another option, we were told no (although oddly enough, a better Wi-Fi was revealed to us on the last day—too little, too late). Not being able to use our phones made everything harder, especially since the resort’s system is confusing & inconsistent. We paid for the all-inclusive package, but it hardly felt that way. Every meal required signing a check. Service was painfully slow—often taking 40 minutes to 2 hours to get food or drinks, plus another 20–30 minutes to get the check. Even getting a bottle of water was a hassle, w/staff telling us we had to go to the bar instead of giving us one at the front desk. We couldn’t get good sleep because the guests above us were constantly moving furniture or stomping around at all hours. There was no peace & quiet. The property was in excellent condition. Rooms were nice. Food was incredible and the staff was friendly.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The facilities were nice, and the staff was very friendly. However, everything closed up relatively early, around 10, and became more room service-based. I think this might be something to keep in mind, depending on the trip you may be planning. Another mention, all-inclusive is an option. This caused a little hang-up every time we went for food or drinks, so the resort could confirm our room occupancy and status. No deal breakers, just food for thought when planning.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend villa del palmar for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. Their food is so authentic. A big thumbs up!

All the restaurants are amazing!

An amazing resort overall, large variety of beverages and foods. Staff was outstanding as they create relationships and connections with guests and make sure all needs are met ASAP.

We loved it, food was delicious, everything was pretty close, elevators, buffets, quiet pools, kid pools, activity pools. We will be back!

The food options were really good! Juices were organic, freshly squeezed! Hard working staff!

Our stay was fantastic! Would 10/10 recommend. The best food we have ever had at an all inclusive. Great value in terms of options/ amenities/ activities. At times the service can be a little on the slow side, but everything is made to order aside from breakfast and based on the price quality it was well worth it!

If you get all inclusive it runs out at noon the last day no matter what time you leave at. They didn’t tell us this so it was an upsetting surprise

Beautiful resort right on the water. The location is fantastic.

The room was had a terrible odor - incredibly smelly - musty. Also we were told we had 2 queen beds in each room and the rooms were VERY SMALL with one bed in each. We had to move our children to a separate floor. Not convenient.
