I stayed here with my daughter for a week long vacation. The property is beautiful, clean and bright. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Can't say enough about how much we loved staying here. The included breakfast was delicious, made to order, and there were a few options to choose from. We loved having a kitchenette area. The street it's located on is nice and quiet but convenient to the enormous park where the castle and so many museums are, as well as the Paseo. We were so glad we stayed here and definitely would stay here again.
We had a 3-night stay at Vuestro as a family of 3, & traveled with another family of 3. I've been to CDMX once before and stayed at a nice traditional large hotel in Polanco, so this was different. The location was very good...I wanted to be within walking distance of Chapultapec Park and Paseo De Reforma, & restaurant options...and this worked out well for that. There were convenience stores, atm's, pharmacys, food vendors all nearby.
The hotel was also secure. The door stays fairly locked good & an employee sits right at the front.
The hotel itself is very boutique in nature, very clean, modern & aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The room is spacious. Beds are a little firm, but no problem. Good storage for bags/clothes. The balcony is a nice amenity to have, as well as the fridge and microwave. The only issue I had with the room was that the water from the shower had a smell that wasn't pleasant, and water would get out of the shower onto the floor at times.
The breakfast is fresh & delicious...another great included amenity. The rooftop deck with the pool is very nice as well to go unwind, read a book, enjoy a drink after discovering the city.
Last, but certianly not least...the staff. They were as courteous, friendly, & helpful as can be. Ricardo, Antonio, & Dianna were wonderful to us & made our experience very pleasant. They made a difference. The food staff were wonderful as well.
Overall, I thoroughly liked Vuestro & would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The Vuestro was a wonderful place to stay. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the staff was excellent. Though the hotel is on a quiet street, it's only a short walk from many restaurants, and it's close to several neighborhoods and places worth visiting, including Roma, Condesa, Polanco and Bosque de Chapultepec.
My only criticism, as someone who stayed for eight nights, is that the options for breakfast (which is included in the room rate) are limited and do not change day-to-day. Also, the hotel charges for refills of coffee.
I nonetheless highly recommend staying here.
