Very clean room and friendly staff

Todas las instalaciones están impecables la habitación es muy cómoda dos camas amplias con buenos colchones pantalla plana baño muy cómodo Y grande aire acondicionado totalmente funcional

When I arrived the desk clerk ignored me, he was shuffling papers, saw me and offered no greeting. I greeted him and put my passport on the counter. He said just a minute and continued with his paperwork. When he finally acknowledged me he told me he did not have my reservation. I told him I made it through Expedia. He said, "We are not Expedia." I said, "No but you are the Zar Hotel Colima. You are on Expedia and that is how I booked my reservation." He then found the reservation. The room was OK for a side of the highway hotel. We had two beds and were given two towels. No hand towel. The parking is ample and the grounds are lovely. There is a sweet little pool around back too. The hitel has no good service at night and there is nothing in walking distance. We had not esten since morning so we ordered food from Uber around 6:45 pm and it was delivered promptly. The hotel is very convenient for people traveling from Guadalajara or Ciudad Guzman and going through Colima as it's right on the side of the highway at the northern entrance to Colima so there is no need to actually enter Colima city streets. They seemed to be serving some sort of a light continental breakfast in the morning, but we didn't bother with it. We just got back on the road and headed for the beach.

They don’t have hot water for shower especially after 8 PM.. and the last night we don’t have any power and obviously the AC wasn’t working. When we want to ask the front desk, they say they don’t have power . but the point is why they do have a power . member of my family, was in the other room and they don’t have a hot water either.

Muy cómodo, habitación amplia, limpia. Excelente atención. Lo que se puede mejorar es la calidad de WiFi. No llegaba todo el tiempo hasta la habitación.

La reservación no incluye desayuno

Lo bueno: Súper cerca del aeropuerto Cuenta con alberca Cuenta con estacionamiento Camas cómodas Habitación amplia y con lo necesario para pasar la noche La gente muy amable Lo malo: El estacionamiento está a pie de carretera y no hay rejas o algo que impida que la gente pase, está muy expuesto tu carro y el hotel no d hace responsable de nada. Las sábanas no las lavan bien, nos tocó una manchada de labial Se encuentra lejos de la zona céntrica de Colima, no es un hotel para largas estancias, es un hotel de paso y descanso o solo para esperar tu vuelo. Todo lo de las otras recámaras y pasillos se eacucha.

Durante el checkin no se me notificó que el control de la TV tenía una clave para funcionar, no pude usarlo hasta que solicité que subieran a la habitación a revisar lo cual accedieron comentando que llegarían en 15 minutos pero tardaron al rededor de media hora, el hotel no cuenta con restaurant ni donde comprar bebidas, no se proporcionó clave de internet ni se mencionó que en la habitación no había línea telefónica para comunicarse a la recepción hubo mucha falta de información por parte de la recepción del hotel que tuve que estar descubriendo durante toda mi estadía, la limpieza de la habitación es buena y las instalaciones muy bonitas es importante que tomen atención en dar capacitación a su personal de recepción sobre atención al cliente, adicional a las 12 am momento en el que yo dormía apareció en mi tarjeta un cargo por $70 como concepto de IVA cabe destacar que yo no solicité factura

En general todo bien, se recomienda ampliar el horario del servicio de cafetería mínimo a la tarde
