Splendido MB Apartments

Great location! Clean and modern. Steps to a beautiful beach and dining. Communication with hotel was great, quick replies. Definitely recommend. We were a family of 4 with two children.

Bedroom - two single mattresses on top of a king box spring is no good for one person. Bathroom - shower water spills into the rest of the bathroom Floors - for some reason the tile floors are wet/damp in certain areas all the time. Quietness - neighbor noise once in a while, with next door construction. Noise form suite above (walking, talking, etc.) Otherwise, a clean and basic apartment

We arrive to Tivat about 10am and couldnt get the apartment before checkin time, but could leave our luggage to the hotel. On our confirmation it says checkin time is 12:30 but receptionist said its going to be ready 1:00pm. We went to the beach while waiting and came back at 1:00pm. Our room wasnt still ready because the cleaning lady hasnt done her job yet, she was in the ”lobby” and when the receptionist said to her that go and clean their room, she went. We waited 30min more, and when we got to our room, the floor was wet since the cleaner had just cleaned it. I dryed it with towel, and could believe how dirty the floor was. The white towel was black... then i saw we were missing toilet paper, i went to the reception to tell the lady that could we get some, she said se was goin to call the cleaner and she would bring it to us. 1 hour has gone and then my husband went to ask are we going to get the paper or what. She told she would call her again. Then 2 hours has gone and still no toilet paper. I went to the reception and said i wasnt leaving now without the paper. The receptionist was again trying to call the cleaner and was saying she is sorry. I told her to give me a toilet paper from the lobby bathroom. During our stay we never got the toilet paper. The breakfast was being served next hotel, and it was the worst ever. Im not that picky but this was just something else... first time ever i couldnt drink my coffee. Overall, nice room but cleaning needs update
