Not a good choice

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I don’t believe I will ever go to another Hotel in Casablanca. Great location, comfy rooms, very friendly and hospitable staff, I highly recommend it.

Nice clean hotel with very pleasant and professional staff, especially the front desk in the mornings. If you travelling by train this is the place, 5 minutes walk to the train station.

We tried to make this an enjoyable experience but this Hotel was RIDICULOUS. When we first arrived, the room we had booked was a LOT smaller than expected with a horrible view and a wall which was built diagonally which caved in the room further. We asked if it was possible to be moved to another room even if we need to downgrade. They did not accommodate. No problem, we'll survive 2 nights. We left our bag for 2 minutes at the breakfast table the next morning just to find it missing. After searching and asking around we had found out it was at reception. Upon inspection $100 USD was stolen. We did not make a fuss since we realize we shouldn't have left it. We asked reception if there was anything they could do and they said no - despite having cameras everywhere! The same day when we arrived back to the hotel room after our excursion the room was cleaned but our bags were moved, searched and our money was stolen AGAIN! Quite obviously as well. We decided to complain as this felt like a breach of our privacy. The hotel reception said they would investigate and let us know in the morning. Obviously when I went down to inquire they said they did not find anything. THERE IS NOTHING LUXURIOUS ABOUT THIS HOTEL STAY AWAY. (The roof was nice and the breakfast is good, rooms are small, staff steals, is not helpful, expensive roof pricing.

駅から近くて他の観光地へもアクセスが良いです。部屋は広くとても清潔でした。カサブランカを観光するならここのホテルはおすすめです。近くに美味しいパン屋さんもあります。観光にはトラムとバスを利用しましたが、ホテルの近くに駅とバス停があるので、メディナへ行くのも、モスクへ行くのも簡単でした。スタッフもとても親切で快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

Modern hotel near train station. It’s very convenient for train travel but not in the greatest area. It is functional and comfortable. Nice rooftop restaurant but service very slow.

The location is perfect. It's so close to the train station. The restaurant at the rooftop is nice, and serves good food.

Great location!

Close to the Train Station. They also arranged for a private transfer to the airport for us. The room was beautiful! We ate at the rooftop restaurant overlooking the city and the food was good!
