J'ai passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Barcelo Tanger. Tous le personnel est au petit soin

Très bien Sauf que le chauffage de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas Mon épouse a oublié un legin ds le chambre 128 Pouvons ns le récupérer le 05/01 avant notre retour en France Cdlt Ben gayer

Bathroom door broken. Very slow housekeeping, rooms still not cleaned at 14.00

Clean room. Good service. Nice people.

Tangiers had a storm when we arrived. Room was very big and basic. Toiletries were complimentary and staff very nice. Barceló is a lovely hotel chain, but Moroccan standards of upkeep are much lower than the UK and UAE

The room, the staff, the breakfast, the free parking, the room… everything was great and made our stay wonderful. Will absolutely come back.

This hotel is in a premium location, walking distance from the port and marina, and the area has an ample variety of restaurants. The staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet was good, and it was on the rooftop with a nice view of the shore.

I arrived at the room and the floor was wet with a strong bleach smell.Managed to get the room changed and the new room door would not open.Had to go up and down the elevator around 3 times to sort the issue.Finally started to work. Entered and one of the lights did not work, the shaving mirror was hanging off the wall.The door to the balcony also had loose screws and I could hear the traffic outside as well as ppl in the hallway.Slippers were not provided and the TV had NO features to watch any apps. So far it seemed more like a 3* hotel. The breakfast was ok and the view was good.HOWEVER THE WORST WAS YET TO COME.I returned to the hotel to collect my bag and check out. I had a ferry booked and had plenty of time to spare. However, the room lock completely failed. I proceeded to go up and down the elevator around 5 times to fix the issue as they did not believe there was a problem. After the issue was identified, they brought numerous technicians and it took over an hour to get back into the room. By this time there ferry had left and I missed all my connections. They did absolutely nothing to compensate for the delays or travel and left me completely out of pocket. I had to stay another night in Tangier, they said they would look into giving me a free room. Once again the customer service failed. They said all the rooms were taken.Which was a lie as I checked booking sites. Many better hotels in Tangier, even 3*.They even said manager was on holiday on wkends

Clean room, I stayed in sea view room but it was very noisy

I booked 2 premium rooms for 2 nights. When checking in, I asked not to be given a room on the first floor, but the staff member didn’t care and just said everything was fully booked. After inspecting the assigned rooms (balcony flooded, windows leaking, noisy, and the rooms smaller than advertised or booked, etc.), I requested a different room, otherwise I would cancel my reservation. Suddenly, rooms on the upper floors matching what I had booked became available. It’s very disappointing that there was no honesty and that guests are being misled like this!
