The Riad is lovely and very authentic. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us and helped in making reservations and ensuring we got around safely.
The Riad is in an excellent location.

So dark, so gloomy, so depressing. Don’t be fooled by the pics! False advertising no swimming pool, no SPA, no garden, no 24 h room service, no 24 h front desk, no gym, no parking, no separate shower etc…
The service is terrible, waiters nowhere to be found. 1.5 h to get a tea and 20 mn between morning coffees. Breakfast came cold each time. Halima the manager lies shamelessly and makes faces when challenged by very unhappy customers.
When staying in my poorly decorated bedroom I would suffocate due to toxic fumes possibly coming from the air vents.
I had to leave 4 days earlier as I couldn’t manage any longer. I am asking for a refund. They ignored all of my emails while on-site.
Cancel it if you can!
This property is not worth more than £50 a night and should be removed for false advertising and health issues due to the fumes in the bedroom.
