This hotel has both 5 star service and is conveniently located within Agadir town centre. Hotel staff are polite, friendly and the hotel is superbly well kept. Wouldn't hesitate to come back to this hotel

Personnel très sympa et au service des visiteurs. Chambre d’hôtel sympa, la wifi est un peu capricieuse parfois. Les installations sont bonnes.

Good stay with access to multiple things in the hotel, certain departments were great and really on job but some not being was slightly disappointing. Hotel room wasn’t clean when checking in but was resolved quickly. Is a great recommendation for the price and area.

Wonderful Stay at the Dominium Palace Highly Recommend! We had a great stay at the Dominium Palace! Special thanks to the breakfast team the chefs (the lady and the gentleman) who made the omelettes with such care every morning. Big shoutout to AbdelAllah and the rest of the breakfast staff for their attentive and kind service. Also, a thank you to Mohammed at the front door who was always welcoming and helpful, and to the staff at the pool who made our time there even more enjoyable. We did have a small incident during our stay, but the hotel staff handled it professionally and went above and beyond to make things right. That level of care and service means a lot. We’ll definitely be coming back! Breakfast was Top!

Great reception staff and cleaning crew however WiFi was awful in non pool view rooms and was only usable in the terrace and lobby. Some staff were occasionally dismissive as they couldn’t understand English but were okay when spoken to in French. Overall would go again but probably get a pool view for the WiFi as the WiFi was terrible unusable elsewhere. The location of this place is great as well about 20 minute walk to souk el had and the beach

Everything was excellent especially Mohammed at Reception who will meet all your needs

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We were given a poorly maintained room with broken tiles, which caused water to pool on the floor. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, and the location of our room—at the furthest point in the hotel—meant taking two separate lifts just to reach it. This became even more inconvenient when housekeeping forgot to replace our towels or separate the beds as requested. The overall service was subpar, and definitely not worth the price I paid. One of the most concerning aspects was the behavior of a staff member named Mehdi at reception, who I heard insulting me in Moroccan over the phone to a colleague. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. To top it off, breakfast was disappointing, with plenty of dirty cutlery and broken glasses being used. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Terrible hotel, not a 5* hotel, lack of services, slow action, bad food, confusing hotel to get around. Poor buildingmaterial. Too many things was missing and made my stay stressfully. I will never come back and cannot reccomend this hotel.

Très bon séjour, bel hotel, calme , très bien placé

Overall great hotel, great breakfast !! Our late check out "after midnigt" was ok the receptionist doesnt give us our change back, maybe better to pay the city taxe in card! Same we ask him to do a double bed for the following night which has not been done .. i will say this receptionist was pretty useless..
