Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully maintained grounds to the luxurious, spotless rooms.
All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by pool
We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional food, and genuinely lovely staff makes the Four Seasons a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

Loved the rooms, campus, patio, staffs, pools and food. The staff especially made our stay memorable. Most services are expensive. Tennis costs extra. Gym is good with separate cardio and weight rooms. Transportation offered by hotel is very expensive. Mall next to hotel is cool with loads of shopping and dining options.

We chose FS Marrakech for location and security. It did not disappoint. The level of service by every staff member we encountered was extraordinary. We will not soon forget our experience here. Special thank you and shout out to Hajar. She went above and beyond! She set up our private tours, transfers, and even hotel recommendations in Tangier. No request was too much for all the staff there. An extraordinary level of hospitality!

This property was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend. I was disappointed in regard to the facilities simply because the adult pool was closed for renovation, and so was the tennis court. I was never informed and this was two of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Otherwise, staff and service were exceptional! Would stay again provided no ongoing renovations.

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner au Four Seasons Marrakech et je tiens à exprimer toute ma satisfaction quant à la qualité de l’accueil et des services proposés.
Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été particulièrement impressionné par le professionnalisme et la courtoisie de M. Badr, à la réception. Son sens de l’accueil, sa disponibilité et son attention aux détails ont grandement contribué à la qualité de mon expérience.
La chambre était élégamment aménagée, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable, offrant un cadre reposant et raffiné.
Je souhaite également souligner l’excellence du personnel du restaurant Quattro, dont le service irréprochable et la convivialité ont été très appréciés. Les mets proposés étaient savoureux et servis avec beaucoup de soin.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour toute personne à la recherche d’un séjour alliant raffinement, confort et service de grande qualité.

Le personnel est à la fois chaleureux, attentionné et très professionnel, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.
La chambre était impeccable, confortable et élégante, avec une attention aux détails remarquable.
La piscine est superbe, idéale pour se détendre dans un cadre paisible et raffiné.

We had another wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Marrakech. The experience was, as always, exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—several even remembered us from previous visits, which made us feel truly welcome. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and looked fantastic, adding to the overall sense of relaxation. We also really enjoyed the spa, which was both luxurious and peaceful. Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully maintained grounds to the luxurious, spotless rooms.
All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by pool
We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional food, and genuinely lovely staff makes the Four Seasons a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

Loved the rooms, campus, patio, staffs, pools and food. The staff especially made our stay memorable. Most services are expensive. Tennis costs extra. Gym is good with separate cardio and weight rooms. Transportation offered by hotel is very expensive. Mall next to hotel is cool with loads of shopping and dining options.

This property was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend. I was disappointed in regard to the facilities simply because the adult pool was closed for renovation, and so was the tennis court. I was never informed and this was two of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Otherwise, staff and service were exceptional! Would stay again provided no ongoing renovations.

We chose FS Marrakech for location and security. It did not disappoint. The level of service by every staff member we encountered was extraordinary. We will not soon forget our experience here. Special thank you and shout out to Hajar. She went above and beyond! She set up our private tours, transfers, and even hotel recommendations in Tangier. No request was too much for all the staff there. An extraordinary level of hospitality!

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner au Four Seasons Marrakech et je tiens à exprimer toute ma satisfaction quant à la qualité de l’accueil et des services proposés.
Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été particulièrement impressionné par le professionnalisme et la courtoisie de M. Badr, à la réception. Son sens de l’accueil, sa disponibilité et son attention aux détails ont grandement contribué à la qualité de mon expérience.
La chambre était élégamment aménagée, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable, offrant un cadre reposant et raffiné.
Je souhaite également souligner l’excellence du personnel du restaurant Quattro, dont le service irréprochable et la convivialité ont été très appréciés. Les mets proposés étaient savoureux et servis avec beaucoup de soin.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour toute personne à la recherche d’un séjour alliant raffinement, confort et service de grande qualité.

Un séjour parfait au Four Seasons Marrakech !
Le personnel est à la fois chaleureux, attentionné et très professionnel, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.
La chambre était impeccable, confortable et élégante, avec une attention aux détails remarquable.
La piscine est superbe, idéale pour se détendre dans un cadre paisible et raffiné.
Les restaurants sont tout simplement excellents, tant par la qualité des plats que par le service.
Et que dire du petit déjeuner buffet ? Un vrai délice, varié, frais et généreux.
Une expérience haut de gamme que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et que nous espérons renouveler très bientôt !

We had another wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Marrakech. The experience was, as always, exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—several even remembered us from previous visits, which made us feel truly welcome. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and looked fantastic, adding to the overall sense of relaxation. We also really enjoyed the spa, which was both luxurious and peaceful. The food was of excellent quality throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning again soon!
