nothing special, too ordinary for a top class facility

Me ha gustado el hotel muy familiar los de recepción muy amables y atentos sólo falta un buen secador en las habitaciones para no molestar la recepción.

Biancheria assolutamente non presentabile. Struttura bella ma un po’ datata.

Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children.

wir 2 Erw 18J 14J 5J,gebucht 2 Zimmern,mit HP Die Zimmer waren sehr weit weg vom Eingang,trotz daß ich vor Ankunft angerufen habe & darum gebetet,die Zimmern in der Nähe vom Rezeption sind,wurde bestätigt,aber nicht umgesetzt,bei Reklamation hat man mir bestätigt & versprochen,daß ich neuen Zimmern bekommen würde,bis ich gegen 20Uhr Aufstand gemacht habe,erst dann waren komischerweise Zimmern in der Nähe frei. Wasserrutschen waren nicht im gleichen Hotel,sondern im Hotel nebenan (MogadorAquaFun),man darf erst um 10:30 hingehen,um diese Zeit sind alle Schirme von „Aquafun-Gäste" besetzt. Das Abendessen-Buffet wurde auf 5-Menügerichte reduziert,was für die Kids sehr schlimm war (4-Traditionellgerichte),am 1Tag müssten wir auf Essen fast 1Std warten,bis wir Aufstand gemacht haben,Getränke (Wasser,Cola,Fanta) müssten wir selber bezahlen! 1Tag vor Abreise kam eine Dame zu mir,ob ich Beschwerde habe,ich habe sie komisch angeguckt & sie gefragt habe,ob sie was mitbekommen hat,Antwort war NEIN,ich habe sie alles erzählt,Ihre Antwort „Oh wir prüfen das usw.“ nur Ventil-Funktion. Am letzten Tag kam MA vom Management,ich dachte er würde sich im Namen des Hotels entschuldigen,aber seine Sorge war,ob ich den Aufenthalt verlängere,leider er war nicht informiert,ich habe ihn gebeten seine MA zu suchen & mit ihr darüber zu sprechen,ich dachte er werde sich darum kümmern,weil er vom Management ist & er sich bei mir melden würde,aber leider nicht. ExpediaTeam war eingeschaltet,aber ohne Erf

Points negatifs : personnel de l'acceuil pas du tout comprehensif et ne repond pas aux différentes demandes de problemes de clim, de moustiques, de wc qui fuit. Les femmes de menages rentrent sans frapper. Je n'ai pas pu utiliser mes 2 premieres nuits il n'y a eur aucun geste commercial tres decu. Caution dr 100d pour les serviettes piscine Points forts : belle entree, belle piscine, animateurs super sympas, snacking a prix raisonable, petit déjeuner tres copieux ave du choix

Staff were friendly, room was good.

Completely the 5-star experience we wanted. The live music during buffet breakfast and lunch is always nice. The rooms are very large and spacious. The staff are so nice and polite… I loved my stay here and will be back for more.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Grand Mogador et l'expérience fut très sympathique. Les points forts sont la qualité de l'accueil, du service et les excellents petits déjeuners. Le point faible est la déco des chambres très sommaire qui mérite un rafraichissement.

Pas de lampe + Pas d’eau chaude pendant tout le sejour , vu sur chantier rt sur un stade impossible de dormir le soir pendant leur entrainement Chambre vraiment ancienne , service pitoyable hormis femme de ménage , restaurant 1/10 . Hotel qui ne merite vraiment pas un 5* C’est la derniere fois pour moi .

Avoid at all cost this hotel is absolutely disgusting. Dirty dirty dirty. Was given wrong room it was pointed out but it was so what attitude. We booked a pool view superior double room and was given a dirty out the back room. Hotel was disgracefully dirty
