The property was nice and clean with great views and amenities. The service however was pathetic. Very unlike hiltons I have stayed at around the world. The staff were terrible, un professional and rude. The service was ZERO. Ordered things to my room which took several hours (and days in some cases! e.g. carry cot, charger plug, fresh towels, food etc). Ordered food at pool side for the kids and even though it was extremely overpriced, the order was never completely delivered. The desserts were not served despite 3 reminders and ultimately we just had to head to the room as the kids had had enough. The worst situation was that we ordered a cab via reception to go to Marrakech and half way through, the driver stopped the car in the middle of nowhere and demanded full payment from us! We were not willing to pay to him at that point as we had no assurance that he will take us to the destination in Marrakech as agreed. We called Hilton and they forced us to pay the driver at that point. My wife and I along with our 3 kids were literally held hostage until we paid the full money or else the driver will not move. We thought of involving the police and the British embassy at one point and then just thought in the essence of time we will just pay the money he and hilton are demanding and hope he just gets us to our destination. I have not encountered such a situation ever in any foreign country despite booking a taxi from a reputable hotel. It was shocking. Never visiting again!

Our stay was very comfortable and we recieved top notch service from Ayman and his team. I would definitely recommend!

Having stayed in Hilton’s around the world, plus the photos of this hotel and location, prompted me to book this for 5 nights. It was to switch off and do nothing but lie by the pool and relax. I gave the overall rating as ok for a few reasons. Staff were welcoming and friendly and happy to help but there appeared to be an odd hierarchy as to who could/would help, and those who were directed to help weren’t necessarily given the tools to do so. The room was large, clean and modern, oddly for 2 people we were only ever provided with one of anything- water, glass, robe, chairs in outside seating area, so we had to ask for more. Some of the amenities were worn- towels were frayed and sometimes stained. There were no amenities in the bathroom except the standard shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The team member responsible for cleaning on our floor seemed to be left alone with no assistance meaning room cleaning sometimes didn’t happen until we were getting ready to go for dinner and using the bathroom, this was disappointing as one of the perks of holiday is having a refreshed room from earlier in the day. I don’t feel management was particularly supportive to the staff. Food was decent. The weekend was not relaxing as the hotel offers a day pass for people wanting to pay to use the facilities, this meant the pool got super busy and loud, with some staff clearly favouring friends from the area- one of the pool team tried to take our umbrella for a mate- not ideal.

The food was great and the view was amazing, also the staffs are just great especially Abdul he was fantastic, love every aspect of my stay and I’ll recommend 100 percent

I recently stayed at the Hilton Taghazout Bay beach & spa and, while the aesthetic of the hotel is truly beautiful and inviting, my experience was unfortunately marred by several issues. Firstly, the food was quite disappointing. I ended up eating the same salad and shawarma for three nights in a row simply because I couldn't bear to try anything else. The flavours were lacking, and even the desserts were a letdown, either too dry or excessively moist without any real taste. Moreover, the management left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was mistakenly charged twice for a meal, and my attempts to resolve the issue were met with frustration. Instead of receiving help, I was continuously fobbed off and directed around without any real assistance. Overall, while the hotel has potential with its stunning design, the poor food quality and ineffective management significantly detracted from my stay. I hope they can address these issues for future guests.

We had a very nice 1 week stay, calm atmosphere in the hotel and walking distance to Taghazout

Following 10days of surfing in Morocco, we decided a night of comfort and relaxation was due. Following an upgrade to an ocean view room, thanks, and a great dinner at Anaw, we slept very well in the very comfortable bed. Breakfast had many options, both Moroccan and continental. The staff are attentive and very helpful, also organising our airport transfer.

Accueil très soigné Ayman et Fatimzara sont a l écoute et très aimable... Le Spa est de toute beauté , le personnel professionnel merveilleusement orchestré par Aida je vous recommande le massage aux pierres chaudes il m a fait oublié ma lombalgie....seul bémol l hôtel est a proximité d une station d épuration et l odeur est présente dans le spa et certaines parties de L hôtel.... Mais pour le reste c est 10 partout....

Lovely place to stay and relax

Séjour globalement agréable à l’hôtel Hilton de Taghazout même si des améliorations peuvent être apportées pour être à la hauteur d’un service 5 étoiles. Déception concernant la nourriture, le thé et café n’étaient pas bon et le buffet du dîner était varié mais pas vraiment bon. L’accueil était chaleureux malgré une attente assez longue à notre arrivée bien que l’hôtel n’était pas très fréquenté.

I had a great time at Hilton. My con was that the wi-fi was very bad it would disconnect almost everyday . The staff were very helpful however , there was a short supply of toilet paper We weren’t told about some of the amenities such as the beach club and nightclub, we only found out by chance. Overall, it was a good stay.

Hilton is beachfront property. Miles of walking or bike riding. Its does not seem as big as other large resorts on the beach and I think that is a plus. . It's very peaceful and relaxing. The staff are very well trained to be super conscious of customer satisfaction. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is magnificent ! An enormous buffet of hot and cold and fabulous French pastries. I was told that Hilton offers connecting rooms which parents appreciate a lot. Other hotels on the beach apparently do not offer this. The room was lovely and comfortable. I did not eat at their restaurant so cannot comment. This is an amazing place as well as Taghazout to come for R&R or a honeymoon. I was sad I didn't stay longer.

Property was well maintained, clean and still in good condition all round. Swimming pools were clean though a tad chilly due to the time of year; This just made our afternoon dips that much more exhilarating. The best part of the resort is undoubtedly the staff who couldn’t do enough to help. Food was good. Particularly enjoyed the seafood Paella for dinner. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. However there were shortages of certain things like alternative milks and Cereals. Plates and bowls seemed to be in short supply most mornings.The pace of replenishment just added to the chilled and laidback nature of the entire location. We loved the daily walks along the beach in both directions, to Taghazout village, or the restaurants in the other direction at Banana Point! The free roaming packs of dogs did intimidate my wife somewhat, but I did not witness any aggressive behaviour from them during our stay. For sure we will be back for another winter break, and to enroll our daughter in one of the surf schools, as the shallow beach and gentle waves make it an ideal learn to surf location too.
