Séjour exceptionnel pour la qualité de services. Une équipe aux petits soins du bar au restaurant formidable. Ils sont hyper réactif à toute demande. La piscine est top assez grande pour accueillir tout le monde sauf le nb de transat. la piscine intérieure ouverte même l’été vraiment top pour les petits enfants surtout avec des températures extérieure qui avoisine les 42 degrés. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. Pour la partie chambre c’est bien mais sans plus. Le bac de douche avec une pente dans l’autre sens, les équipements sont vétustes. Ce qui est vraiment ennuyeux c’est le bruit du couloir on entend tout ce qui est désagréable de bon matin. Pour le buffet et restaurant à améliorer toujours la même chose surtout si on y passe 1 semaine, très très peu de dessert. Mais dans l’ensemble un très bon hotel

Le complexe de l’hôtel est vraiment très beau, extérieur, piscine, chambre! Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours au petit soin 👍 La chambre était super, le ménage est fait tout les jours et pas d’insecte a l’horizon pour nous. Points négatifs: - Le SPA: très cher pour le service proposé, soin duo qui devait durer 50 min qui n’en a durer que 40, soin fais à la va vite, très déçu. -La restauration: en effet l’hôtel propose « 3 restaurant » mais vous retrouver la même chose dans les 3, ce n’est pas varié, et pas très bon malheureusement. Dans l’ensemble c’est un bon établissement, mais pour le prix cela devrait être excellent ☺️

We as a family of 4 with young kids loved this hotel. Amazing service all around. Great pool. Clean and spacious rooms. Good food options over the course of our week stay. Would love to come back.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Riu Tikida Palmeraie. Tout était parfait ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant et très accueillant. La chambre était grande, spacieuse et impeccablement propre, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Une expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Quality of foods are really bad. They provide very little to no internet . No help on fixing anything. Overall really a very bad place to stay. It says All inclusive but the way they made everything it turns out to be just in name that’s all. You better stay some where else . This place is the worsy experience I ever had . If you do not want no WiFi and live on bad food, taste less food, chemicalized food then you stay here

L'hôtel est très bien sauf qu'il faut faire des rénovations côté literie, entretien des coins communs, surtout diversifier les programmes d'animations qui n'ont pas changé depuis des années en adoptant les mêmes personnages même style de présentation a la piscine et en soirée, les animateurs changent presque chaque année et ils recrutent des nouveaux sans expérience sans niveau linguistique... la gestion a ravoir sinon tout va bien

I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, and I was deeply disappointed. From the moment I entered my room, I was met with an infestation of ants—finding them in the bedroom and even on the bed was unacceptable. The phone in the room was not functional, and my requests for maintenance were completely ignored. The entertainment options were lackluster at best, with the same music playing on repeat daily and virtually no evening shows to speak of. Dining options were severely limited, with tasteless food that lacked variety and was the same every day. The hotel doesn’t provide food after 10:30 PM, which left us stranded with a hefty 300 dirham bill to get takeout! Basic amenities were lacking in the bathroom, and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. I was even charged a £20 deposit for an iron without being provided an ironing board. The pool area was shabby, with broken sun loungers and wasps everywhere. The drink selection was poor, making it hard to enjoy any refreshments. The only redeeming quality was the friendly staff who, obviously, deserved a tip for putting up with the chaos. This hotel is not a 4-star establishment—avoid at all costs!

Gammelt hotel. Ret slidt. Ikke særlig spændende buffet. Samtlige liggestole ved poolen er i stykker. Massage/behandling var dyrt sammenlignet med andet og ikke særlig god. Skulle overveje at underholdningen var kl.21 og ikke først 21:30. Måske nogle flere snacks i baren Ala oliven, frugt og nødder. Dejligt med shuttle bus til byen men den holder 10 min fra centrum.

Everything was great!

This is a wonderful resort. The staff are friendly and efficient. Food is excellent and there is something for everyone to eat. Entertainment staff are fun and activities are well attended. Our room was clean and spacious. Bedding was clean and linens were soft and comfortable. Pillows are quite thick, so if you like a really thin pillow this might be something to see if you can request. Areas around the resort are well maintained and it was nice to be at a resort where the pool towels were plush. It was also easy to book and take the shuttle into Marrakesh’s Medina. We felt safe at this resort and would happily visit again.

Everything was good at the hotel, the food the pool, the restaurants and the staff was so nice and helpful. The only thing was there was a spider and cockroach in my bed because I choose one day not to have cleaning

L’hôtel est excellent, personnel très accueillant et toujours à nos petits soins avec le sourire. Les chambres, la literie sont top!!! Un grand merci aux femmes de chambre pour la petite attention sur notre lit chaque jour. La nourriture est top! Le all inclusive est juste parfait!! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe.

The hotel was okay; but just too many irritations to want to return. The rooms were okay, but the aircon is terrible. There is a controller in the room but I I don't think it actually does anything. It seems to have been set right at the bottom end of acceptable and at a temp that will cost the least to run. Both my kids and I had cockroaches in our rooms. The pool area is okay, but with some gripes. There aren't enough sunbeds, and so many of the sunbeds are broken. The pool bar area doesn't have enough tables & chairs and often the queues are long. Food-wise, it's okay. There's a decent range. Pizza & pasta bars, some grilled meat & fish; and usually a couple of tajines on the go. It's nothing to get excited about, but was good enough that you don't find yourself eating the same thing every meal. Drinks-wise, this hotel is a bit of a joke. If you order any of the cocktails from the "with alcohol" section, you have to watch them pour them. Out at the pool bar in particular they will often "forget" to put any alcohol in. If you point that out to them they will add the smallest drizzle of alcohol. You will get absolutely fed up, by the end of the holiday, with having to continuously remind them to add alcohol, and then to get them to add an acceptable amount. It's frustrating and irritating given that you have paid for an all-inclusive concept. To end on a positive note: The entertainment staff are nothing short of excellent.

Had an amazing experience, came at the beginning of July and the weather was pretty hot. Honestly couldn't feel it, I was in the pool most of the time. I expected it to be a lot more packed but the resort is pretty big so you aren't always waiting in lines or feeling clustered with other people. The food was great, the Moroccan restaurant requires a reservation so plan that ahead of time. Issam at the bar was amazing. He kept the drinks coming and had us entertained with his knowledge of the country. Then I met Nihal, who was also amazing. Loved her energy, we were never bored for a second. Everyone caters to you. She will recommend fun stuff to do. We did the karaoke and enjoyed some dancing. Rooms were spacious and clean, and had the AC off rooms open with the blinds closed to protect from mosquitoes. I liked the location, others might not but I believe they have a shuttle to help you get around, we came by car. Want to give another shout out to the front desk lady who was not only quick but efficient. I've been to resorts all over the world and this one will be one I recommend to others.

Ce que nous avons aimé : chambre spacieuse, personnel agréable, qualité du ménage, restaurant marocain et le restaurant principal, animations Les points à ameliorer: les horaires de la piscine ( 19h c'est tôt ), la communication au niveau des animations ( les annoncer sur l'application et par micro sur le site), plus de navettes , le restaurant italien La Trattoria, les transats de la piscine de mauvaise qualité et pas assez nombreux, produits d'hygiène à disposition ( proposer un shampoing et apres shampoing)

Le séjour s'est dans l'ensemble bien passé. l'équipe d'animation parfaite, le personnel tres a l'écoute. Gros point noir, si vous ne vous levez pas à 6h du matin pour mettre votre serviette sur un transat, vous n'en n'aurez pas. certains laisse des serviettes et ne viennent jamais de la journée. un système de pancarte posé sur les serviettes non occupée devrait permettre au pool boy de les enlever et libérer la place. Un autre point choquant. débardeur type marcel interdit pour les hommes au restaurant; en revanche les strings apparent sous des jupes transparente et en hauts sans soutien gorge ne gêne personne. il vaut mieux voir des naissances de fesses que des épaules dénudées d'hommes. concernant la propreté des chambre, ca reste du minimaliste, sans compter les cafards ou autre crapauds qui s'invitent dans votre chambre.

I loved my stay here. The staff was over the top and the hospitality was everything. The rooms were big with ac which was much needed with the heat.

Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Morocco and looking for a great place to stay.
