Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour à l’hôtel Ibis Agdal a été agréable. L’ambiance était conviviale et nous nous sommes globalement sentis à l’aise. Cependant, les salles de bain ont besoin d’une rénovation. Lors de la douche, beaucoup d’eau s’écoule et se répand dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. Un grand merci une nouvelle fois à Rachid de la réception pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son sourire constant, même en période de forte affluence. Il a vraiment fait la différence pendant notre séjour.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour à l’hôtel Ibis Agdal. Un grand merci tout particulier à Rachid de la réception : une personne formidable ! Malgré une forte charge de travail et beaucoup de clients, il avait toujours le sourire et faisait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme avec chaque client. Merci Rachid, tu as vraiment rendu notre séjour agréable. Le seul petit point négatif était que le bar n’avait pas toutes les boissons disponibles, ce qui était un peu dommage, mais cela reste acceptable. Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne expérience. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Chaque fois que j'entrais dans la chambre, je sentais la chaleur et l'humidité, malgré la fenêtre ouverte en tout temps. La ventilation était insuffisante. Je l'ai mentionné à deux reprises et rien n'a été fait. Par contre, je dois souligner le travail et la gentillesse des femmes de chambre.

Staff was lovely. Breakfast needs more variety but omlette was good. . Coffee machines need servicing. Bedroom toilets are too close to the beds. Shower areas did not smell good. Basic hotel but location is good for train station. Price too high for this hotel. I Should be no more than £50 / per night as Ibis are a budget hotel but charging premium prices.

Breakfast eggs, crepes and sausage were terribly cold. Really all what was to be served hot was cold. I would have liked a bottle of water in the room. We stayed only one night and that was more than enough

The hotel was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. The AC could be stronger, but it worked. Breakfast was decent, though it can be improved. Overall, I found it much better than Riad Khadija.

Nice modern hotel with good facilities and great staff. The only improvement is to make sure the shower gel and hand wash in the rooms are not empty, which happened to me.

Staff was lovely. Breakfast needs more variety but omlette was good. . Coffee machines need servicing. Bedroom toilets are too close to the beds. Shower areas did not smell good. Basic hotel but location is good for train station. Price too high for this hotel. I Should be no more than £50 / per night as Ibis are a budget hotel but charging premium prices.

Breakfast eggs, crepes and sausage were terribly cold. Really all what was to be served hot was cold. I would have liked a bottle of water in the room. We stayed only one night and that was more than enough

The hotel was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. The AC could be stronger, but it worked. Breakfast was decent, though it can be improved. Overall, I found it much better than Riad Khadija.
