Un excellent accueil, une équipe chaleureuse et une ambiance familiale . Un excellent séjour dans cet établissement plein de charme. Un quartier à la fois central et calme .

The riad was very clean and fresh. It looked like it did on the photos which is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, welcoming us with tea and giving us advice on how to navigate the city. Unfortunately it was raining when we were visiting so we didn’t use the terrace, and without it there weren’t really any good areas to chill. Overall great experience.

Innanzitutto la gentilezza, professionalità, disponibilità dello staff (Mustapha, Samir e Soulaymane) fin dalla prenotazione e poi durante tutto il soggiorno. La posizione perfetta, le stanze (ne ho prenotate 3) grandi e confortevoli, gli arredi eleganti e tradizionali, l'ottima colazione: tutto oltre le mie aspettative. Super consigliato

Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty. I booked the hammam/massage there and i really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The location was perfect, only 15 mins walk away from Jemaa El Fenaa. Overall i would book this riad again.

My wife and I had very authentic Moroccan Riad experience with in the Medina. Be cautious about the doorways/ entrances ect. If you are a tall person! Samir was a great host.

Excellent experience, big shout out to the whole staff for their service and warm welcome. We tried the hammam and we loved it.

Loved the breakfast great variety and the waiter was fabulous! Room was a little small for three people and pillows hard but the staff was wonderful from the desk staff, check in and wait staff. Would visit there again!!!!

The spa and massage was violating. Our massage experience was far from what we expected. When we entered we were told to just get naked and put on panties, which was fine, we were not given any robes or towels or directions on what to do next, we stood naked in a small room waiting for their return which we had to then open the terrace door and tell them okay we are ready. Then we were put into the sauna and washed down. After we were told to relax in the sauna and all we could hear was laughter and talking that did not allow us to relax at all. When we were finished with the “sauna” we were told to step into the massage room where two tables were set up so tightly we were barely able to exit the sauna. Once we laid on the tables the space was so cramped we were constantly being bumped and moved during our massage. When we were being massaged one masseuse made an out going phone call which we both heard the outgoing call sound. This happened twice. A few minutes after we heard the outgoing call being made we heard a male voice on a phone call while we were being massaged, and to mention while we heard that outgoing phone call being made, only one hand was being used for the massage. So it was very obvious the other hand was occupied with the phone. We both felt as if we were either being recorded or we were being showed on FaceTime. We cannot confirm as we were face down and too uncomfortable to look to see what was going on. But regardless of what was going on there should n

Samir, Soulane, Mustapha, and Jaafar made us stay extra pleasant. This city was amazing, and I'm glad that I chose this riad. They help us a lot, they were very extra nice with my family and me, it was a great time. This gentleman's help us with everything that we need. If I come back to Marrakesh, I will definitely stay here again.

The riad is beyond stunning, relaxing and every staff made our experience 10/10. Big shout out to the manager (feel awful now for forgetting his name!) nothing was too big of an ask, helped us understand Marrakesh, where to go etc. breakfast was lovely, room was beautiful and bed and new towels on most days. Marrakesh was amazing and Riad Oasis du desert made the trip. Thank you so much. Ps we miss little Isha! Millie and tyren

Séjour très relaxant. Jolie cadre . Chambre et établissement propre. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Cuisine goûteuse. Gentillesse, serviabilité du personnel.

Riad très bien situé dans la medina, en dehors du bruit. Déjeuner copieux, service pour des excursions ou taxis. Et un coup de coeur pour Samir, le plus gentil du Riad🙂

Le personnel est exceptionnel, très accueillant, et m’a offert un délicieux thé à la menthe accompagné de petits gâteaux. Tout était parfait, rien à redire. Le Riad est vraiment magnifique. Je le recommande vivement à 100%.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le riad est très bien placé pour découvrir la medina à pied. Le personnel est très serviable, attentionné et toujours disponible. Le petit dejeuner est merveilleux et copieux. Nous avons diner sur place et c'était encore delicieux. Nous avons également profitez du spa, et là encore le personnel est attentif et agréable. La chambre est de taille raisonnable , la douche de bonne taille , la literie semble ferme mais on y dort très bien. Autour, vous avez egalement le musée de la photographie avec une belle terrasse et un excellent restaurant. A deux pas de la medersa benyoussef un veritable joyaux architectural. Nous avons eu un souci de navette pour repartir, mais mohammed a gérer la situation et nous a permis de ne pas rater notre avion. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Können es sehr empfehlen, tolles Riad. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Mit Maps konnten wir das Riad relativ gut finden, am anfang war es noch ungewohnt aber dann war es kein problem mehr. Man ist in der Nähe vom Jemaa el-Fnaa, war super war. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar.

El Riad es muy lindo, todo resta muy limpio y el lugar luce impecable. El personal muy amable te orientan en todo y son muy serviciales. El desayuno es excelente!
