It’s a gorgeous riad, beautiful rooms and courtyards . Staff were wonderful, friendly. Food at the restaurant was delicious 👌. The only negative was the location, the surrounding streets were not nice and the men were quite aggressive outside, nothing to do with the hotel tho .

We loved our stay at this riad. The building is beautiful - full of different mosaics and details everywhere - like a fairytale to explore. It was quite spacious as well, with a great rooftop to enjoy the sun. The breakfast was quite traditional, which was nice to try. It is located right in the beginning of the Medina, which meant that it was very easy to find.

Amazing, beautiful, welcoming staff! Cannot recommend enough. Perfect because it was right inside the Medina, but not really in it.

A fantastic Riad, in a great location for exploring Marrakesh! All the hotel staff were 100% excellent. Very polite, helpful, accommodating, friendly & professional. Food was always excellently cooked & presented. Room was lovely. The only tiny criticism I have are: I felt a couple of times the waiters were a little over stretched & could really do with additional help. Our mattress fitted sheet was too small (the elastic had gone) so would ripple up underneath us! That being said I would definitely recommend to anyone & would return myself!

The room was great with private terrace. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The service for everything was exceptional.

Riad incrivel, próximo à uma das entradas da Medina, o que facilitou muito chegar e sair. Um verdadeiro Palacio. Atendimento excelente. Bom cafe da manha, bem regional. Tem um restaurante muito bom. Quartos amolos, em estilo marroquino. Vc nao estará em um hotel oadrao, considere isso e desfrute de um lugar maravilhoso.

This place is not worth the money. Our room was nothing like the lovely photos, the air-con was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on so had to be cold, the shower turned into a cold dribble after minutes, and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close properly. The restaurant is average and overpriced and the pool is pretty, but isn’t heated so you can’t actually use it. We paid for breakfast and were told we could have something to take away on our last morning as we had to go to the airport, but when we got to reception and asked where it was, they said this wasn’t possible, with no explanation or apology given, and even said they don’t actually offer that, so it never should have been promised. They also said they would fix the bathroom door but didn’t, and again, there was no apology given. I highly recommend staying somewhere else. We stayed at Riad Marraplace on our first night, and it was much nicer, with no issues, for much less. They packed us the most delicious takeaway breakfast with orange juice, bread, waffles and nutella even in a lovely branded Riad Marraplace bag.

It's such a beautiful RIAD and most beautiful one of the our trip to Morocco this time. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time in Marrakech.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, with every detail of its décor thoughtfully designed to immerse guests in the heart of Moroccan culture. I stayed with my friends to celebrate my birthday, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible—they were incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the breakfast was excellent. A truly memorable stay that I would highly recommend! I would love to return to this hotel in the future—Inshallah!

The property itself is beautiful, filled with traditional moroccan tile and fountains. While the rooms are very cozy and open to the hall, they still are very quiet and have everything you need. The medina is very walkable from here, and the cab pickup nearby also worked great for every tour we did. The staff was all very friendly and we loved the welcoming process!

Beautiful property, traditional Riad with all the modern elements. Hamman massage is a must. Food is delicious and fresh. Loved our stay.
