Please see other review for explanation of what was not good about hotel in general. But for this specific stay, the date was booked incorrectly. I immediately changed the reservation and informed Relax hotel of the situation via a phone call. Relax told me over the phone that I would be able to receive a refund if I spoke to reception about it in person at check in. But then they refused this upon checking in. Awful stay on top of everything else.

I try to avoid leaving negative reviews. But this stay needs to be addressed…everything was awful. To start off, I called days in advance and asked to confirm that check-in was at 12:30pm. Upon arrival at 12:30pm, I was told that check-in wasn’t until 3pm and maybe my room would be ready by 3pm. It was finally ready at 2pm. In the meantime, I ordered tea at 1pm; and it wasn’t even ready until 2pm, brought to the room when I no longer wanted it. The room was not the cleanest, there were only 4 channels on TV, no availability of casting to the tv, and tons of loud sounds both above and outside the room. Above the room sounded like someone slamming a chair on the floor repeatedly, and outside sounded like a loud argument. I had to leave early, and paid for the tea upon leaving, but two days later received a message on WhatsApp from the hotel saying there was an outstanding balance for the tea. The person who messaged me tried to argue saying I didn’t pay for the tea, but finally accepted that I had already paid for the tea in cash. Awful experience. Do not recommend due to false advertisement of check-in time, poor customer service, slow restaurant service, unclean rooms, loud noises, false advertisement of ample tv options, and finally, the pictures make the hotel look much nicer than it actually is.

The check-in was great, reception staff make you feel at home, perfect customer service , great smile and information. But after, rooms are not so welcoming they need to be checked by the management and fixed, a lot of things, everything are very updated, and not so clean, I has been a guest at this hotel, and many others relax hotels for years, and I had seen it’s good, great and bad management like now , management and where need to be on top of the premise, have a hotel it is not only the building structure maintenance it is a huge factor in the comfort and happiness of the quests, and full-fill the price we pay for night. And don’t make us think to look for another place to stay next time, breakfast included was a plus, but restaurant staff not so great they need more training. I hope one day this hope will be match the quality with the price.

A very relaxing and pleasant stay and great location in kenitra Very nice decor to the lobby area Very clean and immaculate rooms with comfortable bed and pillows and a piping hot shower A bonus is coffee and tea in the room and refrigerator The only thing missing is no hair dryer in the rooms and not many european channels on the tv Also the wifi was at best intermittent The breakfast is very generous and delicious with an assortment of salads eggs croissants and pastries excellent coffee (only the mint tea and the soup needed to be hot) The pool area is very quiet with a beautiful garden ( and even better a friendly cat to greet you)nice jazz music in the background The pool was little cold ( as it was winter) only the birds can take a bath sorry! Despite the minor shortcomings I highly recommend this hotel for any stay in the kenitra area

The structure looks good but more careful ordinary maintenance would be needed in general, I had a problem with the shower, unfortunately not resolved. The staff is sociable and attentive. cleaning is good, if you don't feel like going out, find an internal restaurant, few selections but good. Acceptable price.
