El hotel está increíble, el servicio es excelente

A estadia no geral foi boa. Pontos fortes: -Foram bem receptivos -O café da manhã foi diversificado e muito bom -Enviaram um transfer para nos buscar e levar ao aeroporto (16-21 euros o trajeto). Pontos negativos: -Na primeira noite perguntamos se preparavam comida e se tinham um menu, e o rapaz nos pediu para esperar. 20 minutos depois ele disse que o jantar estava pronto, mas não tinhamos solicitado um jantar, apenas perguntado se eles faziam jantar. Cobraram 16 euros por pessoa, e ele não quis me falar o preço no momento quando perguntei, apenas no check-out. -A entrada do Riad fica 20 minutos andando do centro de Marrakech, e fica bem escondida, você precisa entrar em 3 becos para encontrar. Chegamos de noite e ficamos com medo, por causa de segurança, quando estavamos procurando pela entrada.

Installation à distance de marche du marché, facile à joindre avec les indications du personnel attentionné. Aussitôt rentrer dans la Riad , la fraîcheur et le calme reigne, un contraste impressionnant de la rue à quelques pas seulement. Les installations sont propre mais rustique, dont les portes, fenêtre, spa et matelas, ce qui aide à rendre le charme et l’authenticité de la Riad. Les repas sont excellent, typiquement marocain bien sûr. Le personnel est charmant, souriant et attentionné. La climatisation fonctionne bien dans la chambre.

Breakfast was probably our highlight. Would have been nice to be asked wether we preferred tea or coffee, rather than serving us coffee which we both detest. Also, I could understand French and the key moment when my husband had returned in the hotel late ruined our stay. I was not going to use the services in offer more than what was expected, if you had let me in with the extra key. I just needed a bed to rest on after a day being away. Other than that please continue enjoying welcoming guests because it is a lovely place you have

Location is a bit awkward if you're on foot and not used to Marrakech traffic and the water pressure was very low. But the staff was perfect, room was amazing and everything else was perfect. I would easily go back without a doubt

Vi havde en rigitgt god oplevelse på dette Riad. Generelt var personalet super venligt og gode til at tage sig af os. Rengøringen var god og ordentligt. Vores værelse var stort og havde alt hvad vi skulle bruge.

Hidden gem. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Quiet away from the noise. Love the mini pool on the terrace. Other than the sewer odor in the neighborhood, RLPR is a lovely hideaway.

On a passé une superbe semaine dans ce Riad ! Mention spécial à Moustafa qui a été très très très à l’écoute , qui nous a donné de super conseil et qui a toujours été la quand on a eu besoin de ces services ! L’équipe de ce Riad est très souriant , très accueillant! On a adoré ce séjour ! Merci infiniment, vous allez nous manquer , merci pour tout ! A bientôt , qui sait 😘

Booked in advance for breakfast, but our flight got changed, so we missed that. Nice to know staff there to lock up this lovely Riad when you leave before light.

Nice room. Simple, clean. We loved the old doors and wrought iron fixtures. The place could use some updating. The bathroom smelled a bit off from the plumbing. The hot tub on the roof was cold. Our room could use some paint, shower tiles need to be redone. Nothing major but needs some sprucing up. The atmosphere was calm and quiet and it definitely gave offered fhe authentic feel we were looking for. The staff were lovely to deal with, very friendly and accommodating. The place is a bit tricky to find but that’s part of the adventure. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the nearest square, which isn’t bad, but watch out for traffic.

Our first trip to Marrakesh just left me wanting more. What an incredible and friendly place. A different world. La Port Rouge was amazing. Lovely rooms and decor. Helpful staff and delicious breakfast.

Very nice and hospitable riyad. I loved the atmosphere. Nice food and very warm and welcome. Only fact, the jacuzzi was a little outdated. We had some scratches from the stones after swimming.

A lovely building. The room was great. We didn’t use the rooftop facilities, but checked them out and they looked good. The courtyard area was lovely, such a great place to come back to after a busy day. Staff were great too. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

The Riad La Porte Rouge was a fantastic hotel to stay at. Full of charm and personality. The owner and his staff practically bent over backwards to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I found the room to be clean and a great size for me, my wife and son. Due to the time of year we visited, the room was particularly cold at night. The air conditioning unit didn't help much but the Riad was kind enough to lend us their portable heater which helped to take the edge off a bit. The water in the shower was also a bit temperamental and I ended up with a luke warm or colder than I'd like shower on one or two occassions. Really not a deal breaker though. The location was a very straightforward walk to the centre, it took about 30 - 35 minutes and was safe and pleasant so long as you watch out for motorbikes. Overall, my family and I very much enjoyed staying at this Riad and would recommend it.

Pros: * El riad es limpio y está bien cuidado. * Desayuno incluído típico marroquí 10/10. Contras: * La ubicación y entorno. Está en un barrio lleno de talleres de reparación de motocicletas y es una caminata de 30 minutos hacia la place Jemaa el-Fnaa. No se siente el más seguro para salir de noche. * Los cargos extras se deben pagar en efectivo.

Host was lovely and made stay so easy booking us taxi’s to the centre, airport etc. made us feel very welcome. Room was lovely and Riad itself. Would recommend!!

We cannot wait to return soon!
