Check-in was easy and at surface level the place looked great, clean and spacious. However the amenities were the bare minimum one could expect.The kitchen was only equipped with a pan and not even a kettle to boil water. The cutlery was dirty. There wasn't soap or shampoo in half of the dispensers and there was a lot of noise from the street at night - maybe because the balcony doors couldn't be shut properly. Also, many of the tiles in the bathrooms had cracks and the materials felt cheap. Overall, a fine place considering the price, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

Our stay wasn't great to be honest - front desk was very helpful and the they were focussed on guest security so that was great. The 1 bedroom apartment had 2 toilets and a washing machine - again great. BUT it wasn't clean, the range hood buttons were greasy, the untensils werent that clean, mould was evident in the bathroooms and the tiled floor wasnt clean. Also the kitchen - no kettle no toaster, no plug for the sink and no dishwasher, no carving knives or vege knives of any sort, no utensils to speak of, it just wasnt a great place and I would not stay again, ever.

It seems that the property is not prepared to for as hotel flats.

The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms were not very clean.

Struttura molto ben posizionata, nuova e ben tenuta. Il personale è stato molto gentile con noi per ogni esigenza che avevamo. Ci hanno snche proposto un upgrade della camera per permetterci di stare pou comodi. L'aspetto negativo è che non tutti parlavano inglese quindi spesso è stato difficile comunicare.

Great stay

We had a fantastic stay overall. Staff are amazing, very friendly and always willing to help. Just had a minor issue with housekeeping. The lady took the kettle and gave to the people in the room next to ours and so for the next day we couldn’t make coffee.

Clean apartments with very kind personnel. If you want to explore Rabat then this is definitely a good spot as it's centered around most of Rabat's cultural buildings.

The communication from Stayhere was poor. I asked for an early check-in and did not get a response for a month. I only got a response the day before I was supposed to check in. When I arrived, the room wasn't ready and I had to wait to be checked in. They gave me a room but it didn't look like the one I had booked. The floor was still wet and smelled like bleach. They also didn't provide us with enough towels. There was no closing door in the shower, so all the water spilled out onto the floor when I showered, and I had no towels to dry it up. This made using the bathroom very uncomfortable. Also, I had to ask several times to get the sheets for the sofa bed in the living room. They said they would provide it to us, but they never did. I went downstairs and asked again and got it myself. I also had to get the pillows for myself, as they didn't provide them. They gave us 2 towels initially, even though we were 3 adults. Overall, the service was poor. At night, the apartment was loud. I could hear people dragging furniture across the upper floor and I couldn't sleep. The sofa bed was also stained and had very soft, damaged cushions which made sleeping on it. uncomfortable. Also, there were 2 bathrooms in my unit, but only one bathroom had the shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. The other did not. My bathroom had the bidet, but the other one did not. The bathroom amenities were unevenly distributed. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience.

Appartement correct et bien situé à Rabat mais qui manque d'équipements. Pas de micro ondes, de cafetière et de bouilloire. Il y a très peu de vaisselle . on a mis à notre disposition une bouilloire et une cafetière qui fonctionnait mal. Dans la chambre pas d'éclairage à la tête de lit. A notre arrivée on nous a demandé de payer des taxes alors qu'elles avaient été réglées à hôtels.com..... Points positifs, il y a un gardien la nuit, le logement et les communs sont propres, il y a une bonne literie.

Very noisy

The hotel was in the center of the city/town with many things from restaurants to cafes to things to do in a walkable distance.

The property was very spacious. The property manager was very accommodation to our every need.
