L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, l’ambiance est calme et élégante, et surtout le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. The room itself was excellent and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and restaurant area. The staff were pleasant friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very basic but tasty with croissants, bread, olives, preserves and an omelette being offered most mornings. The attraction for staying at the white Palace was its spa features with an internal pool, unfortunately I found out the day before arrival that these Spa features were not in use. Only the external pool was in use, which was very cold and unable to swim in for long periods. The lack of spa features led to spending more time away from the hotel than expected which was disappointing as it was meant to be a relaxing getaway. However, I must say that if the spa features were in use I would go back to the hotel in a heartbeat.

Je n'ai pas pu me présenter la première nuit car j'ai été retenu par la douane de Nador. J'ai tenté de communiquer avec l'hôtel par WhatsApp mais la personne à l'autre bout n'a rien compris. Je me suis présenter pour la seconde nuit tard dans la nuit et tout était fermé. J'ai sonné mais personne n'a ouvert alors qu'il est précisé qu'il y a une réception 24/7. J'ai donc du prendre un autre hôtel pour finir la nuit.

The facilities is not available , as shown in photo, the lounge are is close. The pool is located outdoor where restaurant customer can see if guest swims, theres insects floating anyway. please remove the Spa in your website it is not available and it says Welcome drinks but theres none. The flowers are plastic and dusty at the reception and stairs area.

Absolutely beautiful property. But…. They advertise a spa, but have never opened it. They are mainly there for the restaurant that comes with the property. For business, it was inconvenient because I never had an actual breakfast. I had to leave at 8am for work and breakfast wasn’t out.

The positives are the staff are lovely and very helpful, 5 stars to them. The rooms are lovely too. The negatives are they only have 2 sun loungers for a hotel of 12 rooms, the pool is not suitable for young children as its one depth and for show as we noticed that after 11ish am the restaurant is open to outsiders and who wants to be looked at while in the pool and they are eating. There is no where to relax in the sun, very disappointing especially when you are the one thats paid to stay there. Be mindful that it seems a very popular restaurant to late evening. There is an indoor pool which looks grand but very cold. The spa is up and coming and in process, maybe they need to explain this on their website, i would recommended this hotel for short stay and not a week like i had.

Parece ser um hotel inaugurado a pouquíssimo tempo. Wi fi não funcionou durante a estadia, não tem elevador (os funcionários carregaram as malas). Quarto muito amplo, porém com um desnível enorme da banheira pro piso do banheiro, um idoso cai ali num piscar de olhos. Café da manhã começa a ser feito quando você desce, o que acaba fazendo com que você perca um tempo considerável. Funcionários muito educados e acolhedores, o melhor tópico do hotel. Ar condicionado bem capenga, não esfriava muito o quarto. Aparenta ter uma mesquita muito perto, de madrugada os sons chamando para oração ficaram extremamente audíveis dentro do quarto.

Staff was courteous and attentive. Wonderful staff. Great food and dining experience. The building interior and furnitures need to be updated to restore it to former palatial glory. Pictures online make it seem flawless but it needs beauty treatment.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, l’ambiance est calme et élégante, et surtout le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec pas mal de choix, et le serveur était accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Je garde un souvenir merveilleux de ce séjour

Je n'ai pas pu me présenter la première nuit car j'ai été retenu par la douane de Nador. J'ai tenté de communiquer avec l'hôtel par WhatsApp mais la personne à l'autre bout n'a rien compris. Je me suis présenter pour la seconde nuit tard dans la nuit et tout était fermé. J'ai sonné mais personne n'a ouvert alors qu'il est précisé qu'il y a une réception 24/7. J'ai donc du prendre un autre hôtel pour finir la nuit.

The facilities is not available , as shown in photo, the lounge are is close. The pool is located outdoor where restaurant customer can see if guest swims, theres insects floating anyway. please remove the Spa in your website it is not available and it says Welcome drinks but theres none. The flowers are plastic and dusty at the reception and stairs area.

Absolutely beautiful property. But…. They advertise a spa, but have never opened it. They are mainly there for the restaurant that comes with the property. For business, it was inconvenient because I never had an actual breakfast. I had to leave at 8am for work and breakfast wasn’t out.

The positives are the staff are lovely and very helpful, 5 stars to them. The rooms are lovely too. The negatives are they only have 2 sun loungers for a hotel of 12 rooms, the pool is not suitable for young children as its one depth and for show as we noticed that after 11ish am the restaurant is open to outsiders and who wants to be looked at while in the pool and they are eating. There is no where to relax in the sun, very disappointing especially when you are the one thats paid to stay there. Be mindful that it seems a very popular restaurant to late evening. There is an indoor pool which looks grand but very cold. The spa is up and coming and in process, maybe they need to explain this on their website, i would recommended this hotel for short stay and not a week like i had.

Parece ser um hotel inaugurado a pouquíssimo tempo. Wi fi não funcionou durante a estadia, não tem elevador (os funcionários carregaram as malas). Quarto muito amplo, porém com um desnível enorme da banheira pro piso do banheiro, um idoso cai ali num piscar de olhos. Café da manhã começa a ser feito quando você desce, o que acaba fazendo com que você perca um tempo considerável. Funcionários muito educados e acolhedores, o melhor tópico do hotel. Ar condicionado bem capenga, não esfriava muito o quarto. Aparenta ter uma mesquita muito perto, de madrugada os sons chamando para oração ficaram extremamente audíveis dentro do quarto.
