Pleasant B and B . Breakfast prepared to your order and delivered to your room in the a.m. at your request. Wine tasting in the evening. Room is nicely decorated and comfortable. Overall pleasant experience and good location with walking distance to downtown Napa .

All the staff were very professional. My room had a great view out to sea. The hotel is clean and well organised, but lacks a bit of character. The rooms are quite plain. Good for a business traveller.

Limited transportation and noisy

The city of Beira, Mozambique was heavily damaged by cyclone Idai in 2021, and it will take many years for it to recover. The Beira Terrace Hotel has done a wonderful job of building a great hotel stay from what is available to the city still suffering the ravages of this terrible disaster. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was hearty and healthy, the location was great for accessing the city, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Really, I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Beira.

A good and rather clean hotel. Good conditioning system and wifi. Good swimming pool for a work rest. Restaurant menu quite poor, even if with an excellent cook. The road along the hotel is noisy and very rough.

The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean. The bathroom needs maintenance. The gym needs a working air conditioner. The pool water was dirty.

Os empregados poderiam ser mais simpaticos e atenciosos. Cheguei a ficar 1 hora à espera para me virem atender a seguir ao jantar

Foi uma bela surpresa! No geral o pessoal era bastante prestável. Boas condições no quarto , muito cómodo e limpo. Tivemos sempre água, chá e café à disposição no quarto que possuia cafeteira elétrica e frigorífico. O nosso quarto tinha vista para o mar e para um pôr do sol incrível. O pequeno almoço é muito e varido, os horários do serviço do mesmo começam cedo. Geralmente ás 7h já estávamos a tomar o pequeno almoço mas fomos algumas vezes depois das 7h30 e, infelizmente, não fizeram a reposição do que ia faltando (nomeadamente brioches e outros similares). Como fomos fazer trabalho Voluntário o pequeno almoço era muito importante pois era uma das únicas refeições reforçadas que tínhamos. Pedimos transfert para o aeroporto pois estava marcado 700 Meticais na informação disponível no quarto e disseram-nos que tinha aumentado para 1500 mas que ainda não tínham mudado a informação. Desistimos pois como não tínhamos muita bagagem pagamos 400 meticais a uma choupela e fomos para o aeroporto.

I have stayed at The Terrace Hotel Half a dozen times in the last year. My most recent stay was a disappointment. 1- the room allocated to me was on the first floor 107 and it was so noisy from the street parties that I hardly got any sleep 2- the Mattress on the bed has done its time - you can feel the springs stabbing you 3- the shower door in the bath doesn’t close and it’s filthy with mould at the bottom 4- there is water infiltration at the right corner of the room by the window. You can hear water dropping on to the wall paper There needs to be some upkeep on maintenance of the hotel as a whole- Beira has numerous choices at the same price range and the Terrace hotel will need to up its game if it is to stay competitive

Central location, with views of the water and the ships passing from the port. The rooms were large, but needing some updating (shower head broken, wall paper peeling in the corner). The hotel overall is very nice in Beira, even with a small good gym. During our stay, the pool was a bit dirty to swim.
