Staff could not trace prepaid booking and insisted on payment despite producing my booking confirmation; staff cannot communicate clearly; no Wi-Fi in rooms, water problem in room

When we arrived, one of the staff could not trace any of our booking. We had to call your office to get assistance which was a very expensive affair. It took the intervention of another staff to check in their records and trace the emails with our bookings. Some of the friends were even initially made to make a second payment thought same same was refunded.

I booked my stay at Montebelo to enjoy the pool but I was told that the swimming pool was closed last year. It is better to remove the photo of the pool form the webpage otherwise you are selling a product that doesn't reflect the reality. Another issue is with the Airport transfers. The website advertises that they offer transfers while they are not offering. I should receive some money back because I went on leisure and I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the pool as it was closed last year.

To be very honest it was more of a compulsion than a option as no other decent property is available in Lichinga. It is almost impossible to get the water in the room forget about anything else. I need to go to reception to get my water that too they will take cash and no receipts would be given. Rooms are huge and clean.

Did not like attitude of staff, tried to steal from me by double billing me
