I booked 3 nights to stay at Paragon Hotel, and made payment through the site Expedia, here is confirmation number: 73220065017037 Check-in Wed, Nov 26 2025 Check-out Sat, Nov 29 2025 However when I came Paragon Hotel with the address: F-4/23, Bet 65th x 66th Street, Bet Zalat Wah & Khaing Shwe Wah Street, Mandalay, Chan Mya I discovered the truth that the hotel has collapsed after Earthquake q tew months ago. I tried to contact with the site EXPEDIA to get refund for booking a ghost hotel, but it is hopeless. That is very terrible experience

Der bør rengøres på alle overflader i bygningen. Der er mange unge mennesker der bsre står og glor og som vil være behjælpelig, men de burde gøre rent, det trænger meget.

The place was dirty . All the carpets were stained and the walls and bedding . Very noisy on the top floor with the tin roof and in the wrong location for any of the attractions.

The staff are wonderful but English translationwr struggled with. The communal areas were not as clean as would be expected. Breakfast was minimal for a European. Out of the city centre which was perfect for us as we like to see how the locals live. In need of some updating and redecorating.

This is good hotel especially in Cleaning and Customer Service. Hotel is in Residential area. Shopping Center is not in working distance. Local Mom and Pop shops are near by. Rooms are smaller compare to other rival hotels.

We booked the hotel because we had to catch a flight. Because of the price we didn't expect much. We got a smoking room because there was no other room available. Smelled like somebody was constantly smoking under my bed. Room was really outdated and definatly needs upgrading/dating. Floor looks filthy. Staff was however verry nice, friendly and helpfull... After upgrading i would book it again for one night. Otherwhile i won't. Breakfast was ok.

Wer eine günstige Übernachtung sucht, ist hier richtig. Etwas außerhalb für die Sehenswürdigkeiten!

The hotel is well located if you want to be close to the bus station, as I did. Room is big and confortable but, I noticed some negative points. Staff couldn't help with information about buses to different cities, different then other hotels in Mianmar, where staff always book taxi and bus for you. Also, a group of people made a lot of noise during the night. Breakfast is ok.

Best affordable hotel in Mandalay - easier transit to and from the airport than any of the many others I've tried. Swimming pool. Excellent staff. Printed my boarding passes for free.

This is the BEST affordable hotel I have found in Mandalay - I've tried at least 10. The facilities are very nice; the staff is excellent; the porters/bell boys are helpful without pushing; it is the shortest travel time I've had getting back to the airport; looking very forward to my return to Paragon next week! (I hope my review does not drive up the prices...). This would have been very nice if my wife could have been with me.
