Very comfy. Wonderful staff. Secure outdoors car park. Good breakfast. Grrat shower! Bed had a warm hot water bottle. Loved it.

We liked our stay here, but not too good value for money for ~160 USD per night. The secured parking inside was great and the breakfast was nice too.

Your hotel is a little oasis in the so enjoyed our stay in the very comfortable and spacious family room. Breakfast was also delicious and extensive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Swakapmund!

My 15th time staying at the Delight. I love it there. For me it's perfect and the staff are wonderful.

Great parking and location for a quick stop in Swakop. It was a bit chilly here and my room sadly was a tadbit dirty, but I forgive this as the excellent staff rushed to make it ready for me. Everything else was fantastic, and it is a bang on 4* stay.

The air conditioning/heater was not working satisfactorily - not warm enough for the cold days when we were stayed there. We were asking for a different room unsuccessfully. Otherwise the staff were friendly. The breakfast was superb.

Hotel is new. It looks like an American Bed & Breakfast. Rooms are modern. The staff is friendly.

I love the Delight. I will always stay there. The staff is absolutely wonderful. From the moment I check in I feel cared for and part of the Delight family. It truly is a wonderful place. The breakfast is amazing and the all the staff are great people.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, so dass man sich gut zu Fuss in der Stadt bewegen kann. Auch für Ausflüge mit dem Mietauto in der Region liegt das Hotel günstig. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Die Klimaanlage kann an kühleren Tagen bzw. Abenden auch als Heizung genutzt werden. Zudem liefert das Hotel beim abendlichen Turndown Service eine Bettflasche, was das Zubettgehen behaglich macht. Das Hotel bietet ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Mittag- oder Abendessen werden nicht angeboten. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, welches wir sofort wieder wählen würden. Einzig Buchungen über Hotels.com scheinen bei der Gondwana-Gruppe gewisse Probleme zu bieten. Wir hatten auf unserer Reise zweimal solche Hotels nicht direkt, sondern via Hotels.com gebucht, und beide Male mussten wir kurzfristig mit dem Hotel telefonieren, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Buchung nicht kurzfristig storniert wird. Auf einer Rundreise mit sehr eingeschränktem Wifi-Empfang eine gewisse Herausforderung.

What an absolute gem! I cant rate this property highly enough. For the price I dont believe anything compares.

Care and attention to detail. Where else do you get a hot water bottle at bed time. Receptionist was very professional and friendly. Tourist information desk was also exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was delivered by a very enthusiastic team and was a real DELIGHT. This hotel is first rate and a credit to the management team.

Room very noisy (street noise), no wifi in the room, light from hallway in the room during the night (entry door with glass). We won’t return in this hotel.

Lovely place to stay, fantastic breakfast, and even a hot-water bottle service at night!
