Hotel Aarati

It was my second time staycation at this hotel where i booked 2 rooms for my family and the experience i had was awful. The ground workers were super friendly and adorable however, receptionist and owners behaviour was like if you want to stay then stay or go away. I did an online booking this time which was quite cheaper than paying at hotel, is that why they disagree to provide a shuttle service to the airport. Not to forget, breakfast was included when i booked it online however they said they could not do it even though I am not a breakfast person. All i wanted was a warm coffee . Talking about the beddings, there was curry/oil stains all over. I asked them to change it before i went out for a nightout. Surprisingly, when we got back around 0100 hrs, it was still the same beddings. All in all, i would say there is no other words to explain how i did regret staying this hotel.
