Friendly, helpful staff. Room clean, best bed I slept in, soft mattress. Big free breakfast selection in buffet. Elevator was a nice bonus, so no steps to climb. Indoor pool looked nice but not heated in April so a bit cold. When I booked the location the map showed Kuti was on the lake but it is several blocks inland so I was disappointed and pointed that out to them which they now corrected the map location. But we had an amazing mountain view which was even better! Highly recommended.

Out of the hotels I've stayed in Pokhara, Kuti resort was the best one (without a doubt). Robust management, extremely polite and friendly staffs -- trust me, you'd have a good time.

Hotel is decent. I pay 100cad dollar for the room. It is not the worth of tht.. i had a sour experience with the staff regarding my outdoor activity booking. Thy charge you over price. So pls avoid any outdoor activities booking from the hotel.. it is better to book from the company. Overall hotel is good and the service is good. Im probably not going thr back. For sure

I had a booking where I used my credit card and little did I know that the payment is taken from credit card automatically days after my stay. I made a QR payment during the checkout (where none of the staffs advised me that the payment shall be deducted from credit card automatically) and the payment of stay was also deducted from my credit card later on. I contacted the hotel regarding the issue and the hotel ensured that a refund will be made. But unfortunately my follow up was not addressed and the line of the hotel is engaged. The money have not been refunded to my account yet.

Unfortunately we were 8 people with 5 reservations and only two of us had a room. So five of us had to scramble to book somewhere else. Even though I had a confirmation number they said they never confirmed.

Flott hotell. Bra service, problemet var at når vi kom fikk vi for to rom som var meget små i 5 etg. Ettersom ikke bestillingen fra hotels.com hadde kommet inn til hotellet. Hotellet ordnet nye flotte rom dager etter! Resten av oppholdet var flott. Beliggenheten fra hotels.com stemte ikke hvor hotellet lå, men 5 minutter gange så var du ved vannet.

I have been in several hotels in Pokhara and this is one of the best that I have seen. They are not as big as some of the others but the staff has an attention for detail that you just don't see in Nepal. We booked the suite and my husband dropped by early to put flowers and chocolate in the room (Valentine's Day). The hotel took a cue from that and put a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit in the room as well. The breakfast buffet is awesome and the pool is indoors which is nice for colder months.
